It’s sad to know this company okayed for my brother, who is going blind, to get the high dollar shots he needs, then stops them! I am furious.
This is probably the worst third party administer I ever dealt with as a provider. The web support is useless. I’ve spent the last two months trying to register as a UMR provider, despite having everything in place on the United Healthcare end. Web support has said they’d have issues fixed in 24 hours no less than ten different time. United Healthcare can do better than UMR.
As a billing representative provider taking calls from patients about claims, It is vital to remain professional and courteous to patients when they are questioning bills. I feel this is the worst customer/claims area to contact! 5 different transfers in order to speak to a claim rep. Only to be told claim is in review again w/high dollar unit (which you can not be transferred or speak to someone about your claim!) still in review. Ask for supervisor go to voicemail call drops no voicemail! AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE call reference 230906-000-15123 PLEASE WORK ON PROCEDURES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLAIM REVIEW!!
Have been having trouble logging in for months. I.T. have not been able to solve the problem. Promised to get back to me a number of times. Nothing!!!! I even called today and left number. Nothing…..! How am I suppose to view statements? Beyond frustrated with log in……….
