About Udemy, History and Headquarters Information

Udemy is a skill improvement website where professionals are targeted. Professionals come and learn a lot of different skills that are otherwise not taught in the universities.

It was founded in 2010 by Eren Bali, OktayCaglar and GaganBiyani. Udemy offers different services to help teachers produce their course and sell it through the same platform for mutual profitability. Udemy tools allow the instructors to upload files in various forms including presentations and spreadsheets. Udemy is not 100% profit oriented as you see a number of courses that are available on the website which are free of any cost.

It depends largely on the instructor if the course would go for free or not. It is not limited to computer users only, instead students can also take classes on their smartphones having android or iOS installed. From 2015, Gregg Coccari is the new CEO of the company who is not taking care of the affairs of the company.

I have not been able to access to access two courses for which I paid in January by credit card. I attempted to access a course for which I had already taken lessons but was told my password did not and to enter a new password which I did. The new password did not work, nor did several attempts work.
Information was sent to your help center and have resulted in back and forth emails provided no answers.
I had forward copies of the order and acknowledgement with no results.

Please advise if there is someone in Corporate taking care of these issues.

Hello Udemy, The courses that I purchased are gone. I logged in and empty. What happened I need my courses back, trying to choose a new career. I’ve been with Udemy for a few years now and never had this problem. Even my free courses are gone. Please help.

I have purchased AutoCAD online courses (3), prepared by Webelocity and they not available to watch anymore. Someone from Udemy should get back to me and explain what is going on. These purchases are supposed to be for life. Cannot access Webelocity and cannot get through to Udemy directly.
