    Worst place to ever do “business” with. Quick to take your money and hound you about a payment but yet can’t communicate properly. I bought a car and it was in the shop literally every single month up until the 4th month in which it has been in the shop since (going on 5 months now) 2nd motor replacement they are having put in it all the motors they send are defective. Told me a week after they closed out rental ticket that they weren’t paying for my rental anymore no matter if I have a car or not. Went to dealership where I bought the car the “manager” said “yea I can’t put you in another car corporate handles that not me but just take your stuff out of the car and they will eventually pick it up from pep boys . I am in such disbelief that a “company” can operate like this.

    Just bought a vehicle here in Jacksonville Florida worst experience I ever had vehicle cost me 18,000 coming to find out I have to financing and almost tripled the cost of the vehicle also the vehicle has a door that is a different color and they do not want to fix it they’re giving me the runaround

    Very displeased with services and communication. Have been trying to receive answers about my vehicle as I have a rental and literally been hung up on multiple times, one time after being on hold for 1+ hour. Had to go into a dealership and got the number for claims, however by this time it was late, my rental extension was denied and we still don’t know when I am getting my car back. Currently been on hold with corporate for 35+ min and no help.

    DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Just found out the passenger seat mechanism is completely shot!! Rusted and not locking in place! Cant have a.passenger since seat is not locked in place. Very dangerous!!! More $$ to kick out because clearly they sell JUNK!! Update: changed to 1 star because check engine light on after 2 days!! NO ANTIFREEZE IN CAR!!!!! Car oil light on after driving off the lot even after Joey Johnson told me NO, it is fine! False advertising as I was told and have proof salesman told me I was approved for the car I wanted PRIOR to arriving. All paperwork was sent in night before but still waited 4 hours DESPITE having an 11:30 appointment! Maybe it’s because Im an older woman, who knows. Calls, emails and texts went unanswered for hours even after calling to main office several times to reach my salesman. Not a good first impression. Car I was told I could buy (not the one I initially was told was approved for) is nice except for oil issue. We shall see and may update review after having car for awhile. Just BEWARE that what they advertise on website about down payment is not true and $300 off if you aren’t finished in 90 minutes is also false. I was there 4 hours!!!! Even having all my documents etc prior to arrival. Finance manager was very nice!! She actually made the experience somewhat decent! Too bad she’s not the salesperson…..Nashville office needs help!!! Manager was so rude he made me cry! Will never recommend!!! Guess he treats older women like crap because he thinks he can

    Worst experience ever purchase a card 45 days ago and the alternator has been changed twice and now the engine is blown, so disappointed and furious to be sold a car that didnt last not even 2 months
