I have rented from this company several times. I try a new host and it went down hill from there I experienced maintenance issues with the car tried reached out to host they apologized for the incident, said they would contact me about reimbursement, but instead they made a false claim as if I caused the damage. I received a email stating a was not at fault for the incident, but yet my account has been placed on hold. For the last two weeks I have consistently reached out to Turo customer service. And im promised to get a email in 24 to 48 hours concerning the issue. And I not received anything. I have been a loyal customer to the company and this is how I get treated as a guest?
