Today I was shopping at your West Covina store.
Purchasing a reel.
The associate at the fishing counter was very rude and disrespectful to a certain product and included profanities in his language.
I still bought the fishing reel, just thought you might like to know about this. Thank you.
Have a good day.

I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received today at the Fountain Valley Store. I purchased a S&W Shield a few months ago. Had not loaded or fired the gun yet, however when I tried to load the magazines, they were both defective. I went into the store with my receipt to exchange the Mags and was told they wouldn’t help me and that I had to contact S&W customer care for help. I don’t have time for the hassle and Turners should have taken care of the problem. Turners is definitely NOT customer conscious. I will NOT be back in the future. Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shop never treat their customers this badly.
Wow your chino hills location has some of the laziest, arrogant staff I’ve ever seen. Is it policy for a customer to drag a gun safe across your store, open the front door, and load it in a vehicle without no customer assistance? But wait they had me sign the liability waiver before I left. Wow will not ever do business with turners again. More detailed info on Yelp today too. Of course one ⭐️
