We have issues with our experience and do NOT want to talk to anyone in Texas. We NEED to speak only to the corporate office!!! They mishandled our order causing us over $500 more.

In Feb 2023 in Fresno, CA when putting the down payments we ask that they wait to deliver until it was paid off. Yet it was delivered without being paid for.we received Multiple phone calls to schedule an appointment to deliver the shed, we asked them not to deliver. We’ll received a call to deliver and install anyway. I told them each time “no” don’t deliver until we get our taxes back to pay for the final delivery. I have receceived many calls from the sales people,
but never the manager, Derek, now the salesperson is saying, if i don’t pay in two weeks then tuff shed will sue and take to collections. This is not fair to me.
I would like tuff shed to wait for the final payment of $2000 and not take to collections. Thanks for your help.
