I recommend you take a look at other exterminating companies. Perhaps a local owned one. My experience started well with Truly, unfortunately after several missed appointments (they went to different address, yet told me I was serviced)… a yearly contract which included emergency calls… well two weeks ago I called about Black Widows, roaches and bees… they set appointment a week and half out due them telling me, “We are very busy”… no show on this date (again). I have left several messages for my sales person to contact me… Nope… Nada. Called corporate office to talk to anyone that could make a decision… was told not available, but expect a call back. Apparently my time is less important then theirs. Talk is cheap… actions are what qualifies for great customer service in my eyes. No happy!
