TruGreen in Billings, Montana. Made several attempts to become new clients but was either ignored or given the runaround. We have no idea how good your product is because your customer service prevented us from even finding out. We will be sharing our experience with other potential customers.

I want a full refund for full year of services I’ve paid for. Your local office and customer avoidance center are horrible and not interested in delivering the services being paid for. You can’t talk to a darn human that knows anything about anything, its just another added comment in the service ticket that becomes hidden in all the trash being thrown away.

I use Truegreen at my home they over fertilizer and burnt the lawn to Death Valley and was told they would fix it 5 weeks go by no contact from Truegreen many many calls from me to customer service rep all Saint a manager would assist me and come to my house to fix nothing but another true green truck came today and fertilizers the burnt lawn for the 3 time since August 5 no one in your company has called or e mailed me I am reaching out to corpert looking for help please save my lawn
