    I have 2 confirmation numbers this H7099236 checkin July 20 and check out July 21 and the one below.We didn’t stay any nights due to the terrible odor of mothball and mold in the lobby and room. I have asthma and couldn’t breathe it was very scary. We are seniors and don’t have funds to spends on a hotel where we’re not able to stay because of the smell. Please refund our money I cancelled before the deadline in the policy.We had stayed here 10 years ago and it was a nice place the rooms were clean and didn’t smell horrible so we we’re returning guest. Sad that I can’t get to speak to some one that can help us. I have been dealing with this almost 2 weeks.

    No one will call back or chat they keep transferring me. This isn’t what was talked about last week and isn’t correct or wanted. I had 3 days that was booked. It’s not my fault that your hotel was not acceptable with the conditions in the room and main lobby. I have asthma and the room and lobby smelled liked moth balls and mold. I couldn’t not breathe in the room. We didn’t spend one night at your establishment. I deserve my money back. I paid in good faith that I would have a clean smelling room for 3 nights. Not mothballs and mold.
    This is not right.
    I spoke to the manager at the hotel and he said they agreed to return my funds. I had to pay Holiday Inn express for 3 nights. Because Travel Lodge by Wyndham was a horrible smelling room and lobby. Sad thing we had stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and we’re returning guests because it was nice and we were familiar.
    Definitely not the same establishment as before. We don’t travel often and are seniors and could use our money back not a voucher. We spent double what we were expecting too on a 3 day trip because of your stinky mothball and mold smelling hotel.I’m owed $249 & $117 for 3 nights. We didn’t stay any nights.

    My name is Farleer Brooks. I have a problem with the workers since I’ve been here. I’ve explained my ride situation about paying and time of pay. I’ve complain about the mice and bugs, alone with my heart monitor. I want to stay. They won’t do anything. The matenice man was supposed to come to my room 3 days ago. Never came.
