Travelcenters of America is one of the largest publicly traded full-service travel center companies in the USA. They have around 250 full-service locations in 43 U.S. states and in Canada. Along with all this, they have stand-alone convenience stores and restaurants in over 10 states. They have more than 20,000 people working for them who serve trucking fleets and their drivers, independent truck drivers, highway and local motorists, and casual diners. They provide a wide range of products and services which includes truck repair and maintenance services, diesel fuel and gasoline, nonfuel products and services, like parking, quick-service restaurants, full-service restaurants, and various customer amenities.

 TravelCenters of America LLC traces its roots back in 1992 and is headquartered in Westlake, Ohio. It was founded by Phil Saunders and was named Truckstops of America. The company was the first truck stop chain in the nation, and a few months later, it was sold to Ryder. The chain joined hands with National Auto/Truckstops in 1997 and was renamed to TravelCenters of America Inc. (TA). TA bagged 94th and 60th position on Forbes' list of the largest private companies in 2005 and 2006.

    Why is it at our city locations, the trash is rarely emptied fuel islands aren’t cleaned. Overall attitude is poor. Any good sized city. Seems like no pride, and no one cares

    I was a former and employee at your travel center on Dungene‘s Drive in Brunswick Georgia Rhonda treated me disrespectfully just think she can treat me anyway I quit because of the rudeness of the company and the boss I was told to do things and then I do them and got in trouble after being told to do what I’m supposed to I guess I just wasn’t fit for that job give it 100 for 10% and nobody gives you credit

    The location in Milale / Southington is the worst location I’ve been to. Customer service is non existent when Sophie is involved. The tone of her voice is unwelcoming and she’s sarcastic, which is shocking to say the least. She lacks professionalism. When your dealing with the public you should always be kind and patient. She’s NOT a pleasure and GHETTO!! I personally will not be returning to this location. Please! learn some etiquettes before you take a position that requires you work with the public, maybe you should put some serious thought into a career change. Management is not for you, you look down on people. Only God knows why!!! Perhaps working at a bodega would be a better fit.
