Al Hendickson (Pompano Beach, Fl) service does not call back. I have a recall, get emails all day long and text messages from them. I have called 7 times to try and get a appt. no one calls back ( they don’t even get back to you by text!) .This has been going on for months. Horrible and not acceptable . How does corporate allow their dealers to get away with this?

    To whom it may concern,

I am reaching out regarding my Toyota 2018 4Runner.

I picked up my car yesterday from Auto Nation Collision Center for the second time in a matter of 19 days. And I have to be honest, the explanation they gave me was very upsetting. I brought my car here to be serviced by professionals. I feel my car was serviced irresponsibly and neglected. On Monday, October 10, 2022 my son was driving off the highway when the front wheel of the 4Runner failed. This was very unsettling as I mentioned before the car had just been serviced 19 days prior. I can replace a car but not my son’s life.
When I picked up the car on October 14, 2022, I was not informed on what the cause of the problem was or what services were preformed. When I asked for paperwork for the services done, I was told there was nothing to be given since they only put a new washer and bolt. So I asked if I could get that on paper, which I’ve provided a copy of as an attachment. I also showed him photos of why I brought the car in to be service for (also provided as an attachment.) He then proceeded to write his explanation on the back of my paperwork, which displayed lack of competence. And still waiting for a call from corp since the date I took my car back to the shop and not one has call me or pay any attention to this problem

I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra that I am having problem with. I have contacted my local dealer and left several messages but no return calls. I have a VSC and check engine light that came on. I was told the air switching valve on bank 2 was stuck. Also that possibly there was a recall to fix this problem. I have owned it since 2009 and 31k miles. Currently it has 131,571miles. I have recently received another recall for power steering. Is there any help on the recall of air induction pumps and /or air switching valves.
