    Whoa!!!!! Horrible horrible Hotel!!!! The fold out bed has crippled me!!!!! Got a room that sleeps six!!! For the love of god 4 can leave walking out! While myself will need a wheelchair after tossing and turning all night!!!! Never ever again will we stay in a Marriot!!!!

    I am a worker as a house keeper for Towneplace suites in Slidell Louisiana.my manager named Christina knight ,has made me feel real uncomfortable with the comments she made at our meeting recently,I had to quit because I was extremely uncomfortable working there .she used a racist comment stating to another black lady that works there ,saying “I thought black people could play basketball “.i dont know why she’s still has a job there but I can’t no longer work there .it’s discriminating and disgusting to hear that ,as I am black also .

    My family stayed at TownePlace suites in Rock Hill, SC from July 15 until July 18. Our room’s bed had a very old, soft mattress and the box spring was torn all the way around and hanging on the floor. On Sunday morning I had to ask the employee working breakfast if she could restock all items so my grandchildren could have something to eat. She was in the employee office playing a game on her phone. My husband informed her that the men’s room in the lobby had no toilet paper and was told there was none. When we checked out I told the desk clerk about the toilet paper and she said there was none in the entire hotel! We paid a lot of money for this weekend to watch our grandson play basketball. After this experience I may pay a higher price next year in order to have a better experience somewhere else.
    Also, we had to stay an extra night and were charged on Sunday night, but were told to check out and check back in on Monday, all to stay in the same room. This makes no sense!

    I travel probably 300 days out of the year for the company I work for I stay at TownePlace Suites whenever I can I am now at the Alpharetta Georgia TownePlace Suites I’ve come back to my room on several occasions after working all day and my room would be open nobody around I guess the cleaning ladies manager came to my room to see what my problem was and the door does not close all the way unless you force it and this is a handicap room I asked her to see if somebody would look at the door so it would close properly and the maids would not be leaving it open like that she said it was open because I let him leave it open and I am here all the time while it’s open two separate other occasions I’ve came back my door was open and nobody was around I got my service dogs brought them in with made three trips back to my truck with groceries and nobody was still around so I talked to the same lady again and she continued to harass me at this occasion I recently had a stroke and paralyzed on my left side and she continued to argue with me get my blood pressure way too high and my service dogs were telling me to get my blood pressure down because that’s what they do so I proceeded to close the door on her to stop arguing she knocked on the door to continue arguing with me few hours later I took my service dogs out to pee and she followed me out there and started arguing with me again my company spends a lot of money at your hotel and I’ve stayed at several other Town Place Suites and never had this kind of harassment I will not be staying there again at any of your hotels unless this is fixed out of 300 days out of the year I stay at your hotels probably half of that I’ve been at your store or hotel in Alpharetta Georgia now for 2 months which I have another 2 months to go but I am not going to stay this weekend I will be checking out and going to a Best Western so you’ll be losing our money several thousand dollars there and I will not be staying at your whole again Hotel again due to the very rude manager cuz she was a manager she made a point to telling me that I did not get her name but it’s a Spanish lady that works weekends and sometimes evenings the other main manager is very polite but I have not talked to her about this incident the last Hotel Battle Creek Michigan they were terrific very pleasant but this place here is very unwelcoming they think that you owe them staff does not owe you any courtesy it’s hard just to get anybody to speak English thank you for your time your loss not mine that better managers or at least more polite

    I stayed at the Town place Suite in Monroe Louisiana on July 6,2022 . I had a Double suite room 226 the back Bedroom infested with Bed Bugs.

    Funny I worked for your Fenton location for one day three weeks ago got fired over a text message and still haven’t been paid. And when I asked for my check on Friday when the checks were supposed to be given out I was told to wait till Monday then told when I get it I’ll let you no

    How do we reach the person who owns/ manages this website? This information is not accurate. The location at 4200 International Plaza is NOT the corporate headquarters!! The phone calls and reviews have become excessive, and this particular location has nothing to do with Marriott Corporate.

    I had the pleasure of staying a few nights at your Townplace Suites at 2816 McFarland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, AL. I’ve managed customer service for many years, and have stayed in many hotels, but seldom have found accommodations where the staff from Management, clerk, all the way to the cleaning staff were over and above par service. The staff was accommodating, friendly, patient and all that a quest on vacation or work trips desire in a visit. I am elated to say THANKS for a great weekend without stress. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service the weekend I was there February 18-20, 2022.

    Looking forward to our next trip there.

    i demand we get a reimbursement because first off when we got here the water in the shower or the sinks was not getting hot at all . then all of a sudden the water just turn off completely like it wasnt working . && to top everything off we are people who drove by car all the way from slidell to stay in this SUITE for stuff not to work like its supposed to . we will NEVER stay here again if we decide to come back out here because this was unacceptable. && if we dont get our reimbursement i will find us a lawyer && sue this suite .

    I want to commend two employees at the Albany, GA location. Delancey Wilson and Alli Carter who both work at the front desk were polite, helpful, friendly, and hardworking at every turn. They are stellar members of your team! I cannot say enough about these two fantastic folks!!

I would like to comment and let you about the exemplary and fantastic service your staff has provided to us at Town Place Suites located at 10610 Westpark Drive in Houston Tx. Ms. Sonya Dyer, your General Manager, Ms. Martha, Ms. JoJo, your front desk associates and your room support staff has done a remarkable job to my husband and myself during our stay at your Hotel. We have been guests since March 2021 to date while our home is being repaired from the Texas Winter Storm. They are very professional, warm, friendly, humble, caring and provide excellent customer service in treating their hotel guests as special people. Ms. Sonya goes above and beyond her duties to make sure we are comfortable. She has done a remarkable job in making sure we receive the highest form of smiles, service on all levels. She has become a part of our extended family and should be commended for her gracious spirit of love to all. Thank you Ms. Sonya for a great job and decorating my door for my birthday today. I will forever remember the shower of love.
