Your manager in Houma Erica does not know what she I pay my loan off in ten months she said I own 1100 dollars she call me a she lie I want H R to get with me she yalled at she can’t take consideration with people I show her contact shows of paying she said take me to court she a bully

We will never go back to yall for anything and quit sending checks to my house please take me off the list Erica is really unprofessional cause when I was in there she was talking to a customer and I heard her when she hung up the phone she called him a asshole u dont say that when I customer is standing there

I want to know why is Erica Terrebonne garnishing me and my husband checks I dont think she should be garnishing his checks just mine cause he didnt have anything to do with that loan it’s all my loan not his and I think she should’ve look to see if I had insurance to take care of the loan instead of garnishing our checks first

There supervisors suck and very unprofessional and won’t help loyal and regular customers! I asked last month about an 12 months same as cash and they said they couldn’t find it when I went in to pay two of my other same as cash accounts! Instead calling and letting me know that it was about to run out they waited a month and 6 days to call and say the payment was past due and same as cash had run out and won’t try to do nothing to make it right when I normally spend 2-10k dollars a year on same as cash! They don’t mind blowing your phone up trying to give me money but couldn’t give me a courtesy call about my account that was about to run out

I will never come back to Tower loan again. My experience was horrible. I was told by the loan representative that I would not pay any interest if loan was paid in full within 30 days. She said it would be same as cash. No fees. That wasn’t the case. I was charged daily interest. I only had the loan three weeks. I am very disappointed with them. The rep admitted to the manager that she did tell me that, but that didn’t matter. He stated she was wrong and I had to pay the other interest and fees. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t refer anyone to them. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. I contacted thier corporate office. Still nothing was done.

These people keep calling harassing me saying I missed 2 payments from 2021, with the company that they bought out. After I sent the statements from the 2 months months that i supposedly owed the other company. The guy that works there starts saying he doesn’t see how I’m married cause I don’t listen (lol) so unprofessional!!!! I guess that means my statements aren’t good enough. The supervisors and corporate doesn’t answer or respond back either. THE BEST THING TO DO IS REPORT THEM TO CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU AND ALSO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. also put a app on your phone to record when they call with their harassing phone calls. That’s what I did. You can send the recorded calls to both BBB and PROTECTION BUREAU WEBSITE. Both companies help with these type of problems. Since the supervisors and corporate won’t answer to help. They shouldn’t be able to keep getting away with mentally harassing people.

The corporate office phone number you have listed doesn’t even belong to you. You need to list a contact number to your corporate office that is actually your phone number. This place is bogus and charges 50%+ interest rates to people with credit scores in the high 700’s.

Corporate needs to have a actual contact number somewhere that people can call and complain. This seems to be a regular thing through out all of your branches. The managers are very rude at the Fairview heights Il store and she threatened to get me fired from my job and she and everyone else that works there are very unprofessional. I have explained my hardship and what I am currently going through and it is not good enough to help me out she just wants to continue to call my work to get me fired and harassing me at least 5 times a day. Someone needs to call me back from corporate or I will get a lawyer and sue the company for harassment.

My husband and I got a loan with Your Tower and Loan in Osage Beach Mo. With Unemployment Insurance and we was harassed when he just started back working and said we needed to pay them even though we didn’t think that we had to because of the Unemployment Insurance! Also they called the week we had a Dr. Appointment for our son which we’ve been waiting for since 2020!😬😠 I would appreciate it if you could help us with our loan account to where we have only a couple months instead of three or four months of back payments!

Your Columbia Mo Manager is very unprofessional and literally harrasses me! I have been trying to work with them from wage and income loss and I cant get anywhere other than harassed. I will speak to him and let him know my situation but its never good enough. He will excessively call my phone, work and even showed up to my sisters house even after I speak to him. I cannot believe the treats and unprofessional business conduct from your company, unreal. I have been in trouble at work for his calls and he continues to call repeatedly, even after I have asked several times not to call because I have been reprimanded. He still calls. I am in the process of filing a Better Business Bureau complaints with all my evidence. I sure hope this will help your company become more professional.
