    I’m getting ready to try to get a class action lawsuit against them. I purchased my service card and they are telling me it’s going to be 24 hrs to fix an error for me to add my minutes. This is unacceptable I have to have my phone for work so not only can I not use my phone I’m also losing money if anyone is interested in filing a class action let me know.

    Total wireless is a complete joke. I tried to cash in my rewards points for 15 gigs of data. In the process of this my phone service was disconnected and I’ve been 6 days trying to get it restored. The people at tech support are of no help then they transfer me to management and they supposed to call back and never do. This company has the worst service I’ve ever seen.

    WHAT A JOKE!
    I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS AND THE FORIEGNERS
    WHO ANSWER TECH SUPPORT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT.
    ALL OF A SUDDEN I CAN’T BUY MY MONTHLY PLAN BECAUSE THESE IDIOTS CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE IN CHARGE WHO UNDERSTANDS HOW TO PROCESS A SIMPLE TRANSACTION.

    I’ve been with Total Wireless for almost three(3) years with no problem till now. When I called customer support, I received no support at all. The problem I’m having is when I purchased three (3) service pin plans (1 25 dollar signal device 2 30 dollar signal device plans they were not applied. I now have 110 dollars worth of service I’m not receiving. Is this standard procedure for total wireless by Verizon????????

    2 weeks ( not joking ) my wife and I have spent countless hours with your customer service and technical support team trying to have my wife’s phone activated and it still has no service I pay for 2 lines every month Monday will be the start of the 3rd week my wife has went without a phone.there won’t be a 4th week.

    First of all the number that you have is call is not even located in America so it’s so hard to even understand all the people that work for you. Second you’re you’re enrolled in the ebb program which is now the ACP program. I’ve had no problems the whole time I’ve been in that program except for the last 2 months. Or you shut my service off and did not apply my benefits of the ACP program called numerous times and every time which I’ve even got it reference number your work was telling me that the problem has been solved wrong this morning again my phone was shut off. Not until I called the ACP program found out that I had to reapply for the ACP program once it took over the ebb program. The one that total Wireless told me that I had to reapply the last 2 months buying a program for excuse me buying a plan a service plan which I didn’t have to if your people new what the hell they were doing please correct this I’d like to be reimbursed thank you and get some people that speak better English
