A/P- I returned an item that Tom’s rec’d on 3/29/23, tracking #1Z600R9E9092542151, order #TU03471295. I have called CS at least 4 times to get my refund that is owed to me. I was informed the last time I called in May that I would be receiving a check in the mail. I called again today 6/23/23 because I still have not rec’d any check from Tom’s. I was informed that the request had not been submitted to billing from the last time I called. I am very frustrated with this company due to the unprofessional way that my return has been handled. I did my part in returning the shoes I purchased in a timely fashion and nothing has been done to reimburse me in a timely fashion. I am seriously considering not doing business with this company in the future. I would appreciate a call back and my money sent to me ASAP. Thank you, April Litsey
