The Tim Hortons on 18 mile and mound road in Sterling Heights Michigan is terrible. Spill drinks on me, rude, and this morning they watched multiple cars sit in drive thru, myself included, and refused to get the window to even say sorry not opened….just sat inside and laughed at us and the sign clearly said open at 5 am. Just blatantly disrespectful and rude! Every time I try to call corporate it’s an invalid number. Just terrible since Timmy Ho’s coffee is my favorite and I don’t ask for much in life aside from my morning coffee on way to office but after this many inconveniences lately I may have to go to Starbucks.
