    To whom it may concern,
    Hi, my name is Cathie. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I and my Granddaughter have received from Stephen and manager Luke at you’re Murry location.
    My granddaughter bought a car on 10/5/23 and still has not received possession of it. The salesperson, Stephen, said they need to process the title and have 30 days to process it. He called her once and said they were still waiting on the title. I called last Wednesday 10/24 and spoke to Stephen and would talk with the bookkeeper and call me back. I gave him a few hours to call me back, he never called me. I called again and got the same response “he is currently with a client” I will give him the message to call you. On Thursday, I called the DMV tax and title division. She told me they just received the title the day before which was the 25th and can take 45 days to process. Again, she paid cash for this car on 10/5. Someone texted her and said it would be 45 more days. I called today (10/30) to speak to a manager, and someone took my phone number and said Luke would call me back, that he was with a customer. and never called.
    I know it was only a 3500.00 sale, Catherine should not be treated any differently than someone that bought a new car.
    Here is a little background on my granddaughter. She turned 18 two weeks before she bought this car.
    This kid has been through hell and back. I have had guardianship of her for 8 years. For the last three years, she has been in and out of the hospital, her last stay was 3 months. Her health is great now. She has been going to school and working hard and saving to buy her first car. A car she paid for in cash and still has no car.
    This is extremely poor customer service and a horrible display of any sense of integrity.
    I expect she get a loaner car for the next 45 days or give her money back. If I do not receive any response to this email, I will go to social media and the news. I will also be contacting my attorney if I don’t receive satisfaction within the next 2 days. You can reach me at 801-300-3675.
    Tried for find an email for the general manager Stan Foutz to advise of this situation. I was unable to find contact information for him.
