Rooms reserved for girls traveling from San Antonio to Austin Texas should have fridge and microwave so they don’t have to travel looking for dinner after their shift at night , those young girls are not familiar with Austin and they have gone above and beyond to help at that location due to under staffed, thank you a very concerned parent

I just want to let you know that you have a employee that was so great on helping me with finding what I needed for my kids. She always smiled and very kind. I think her name was Shanona in the Roseville galleria California. She deserves something. Thank you for letting me tell you about her.

2:30pm PST, “Tilly’s Truck Driver” Tail Gated me for several blocks on Studebaker Road going to entrance of 405/22 Fwy. His head lights were all I could see in my review mirror. This Driver is NOT a SAFE Driver. My wife shops at your Belmont Shore store, which is where the truck came from. I took photos. Tillys Tail Gate 2.tif Tillys Tail Gater 1.jpg

Just visited the Oxnard,ca location. Retuned a shirt and bought several other items.
The return was refunded at the price of some other tag that was a lower price, NOT the one that was on the returned shirt.
When I pointed it out a new cashier explained to me that was the old price after I had to go get the same shirt off the shelf and show her the tag. I asked her twice to check my rerun to see if the tag was still there. She didn’t do it and stood in front of the register staring at it for 5 minutes until she called another associate over (A young guy, which I will not call a man) He also could not figure it out and stood there staring at the register for several minutes. I finally asked if they could just give me the difference back so I can go home after a very long day. HE said you need to just wait and have me a threatening stare down. SO IMMATURE! If we were out in the street he wouldn’t have fared very well with that threat.
A manager was FINALLY called to address the issue and she also had a difficult time but finally managed to handle it. 20 minutes of my life wasted there with a bunch of imbeciles. I know it’s hard to find help but thanks to them I will not be retuning to your store and that is bad for you since I have 4 Grandaughters that liked to go there.
Good luck in the future.

I understand but please remember they are human to. Please be patient. I don’t think they mean to be rude. They are trying to make a living.

After talking to Michelle and feeling the discrimination and hatred and shaming from your 2 employees at Meadow Wood Mall in Reno we feel justified to ask for compensation at a rate of $126. X 100 each. It was clearly Racial Discrimination. Elderly Abuse and harrassment by your employees.

I talked to Michelle Regionsl Manager for Meadow Wood Msll area, after my talk I felt a little more better, but still feel your workers still discriminated against us for being elderly and Hispanic as for compensation I feel since we spent $126.00 we should be compensated 35 times that amount for discrimination. Michelle called me using +1 (949) 299-6892

We were treated like a piece of crap by your employees in the Reno Mall Meadow Woods we were laughed at because we are elderly and Hispanic and a veteran. It was so inappropriate that we go and spend our hard earned money and get treated
with no respect. It got to the point that we were do embarrassed that other customers were
looking at us liken if we had done some thing wrong. The two clerks laughed at us during the whole time we were trying to
pay for our purchase.
I talked to the manager on duty who stated he would talk to his employees. I am still very upset and contacted a lawyer to see
If anything civil can be done for the hate we felt by your employees. I also talked to someone who told me it would take 2 weeks to evaluate the complaint totally unacceptable and unjustified behavior is no way to treat the consumer,
