There are many customers for the facility in Sandstone, MN. I have had many calls to inform me that my prescrption is ready. When I get there the prescription is not ready. I live 12 miles from there. I had occasion to need a new glucose monitor. After two trips and tlelphone calls It took 7 days to be told that the monitor was not being manuactored any more.
