Wendy’s at Adams Farm Jamestown, NC.

Employees always look unhappy and always give attitude every time I visit this location. It’s close to my house and that’s the only reason I go but I’m done after last night. I ordered a mobile pickup and arrived at 11:29 to pick it up. They close at 12am. I was told they were closed. I told them I had a mobile pick up and she told me to hang on. Then told me to come to the window. She said they didn’t have tow items and got me one of the 3 I had ordered. I was on the app and it told me my order was processed. So I paid for everything. I told her it had charged me for everything and asked if she could cancel the other 2. She told me I would have to go through the website to get a refund so I told her I didn’t want any of it. She gave a attitude so I drove off cause I’m not going to sit there and argue with a teenager who has no respect!!!
Have been to the Wendys on 5906 W Bell Rd. in Glendale, AZ several times and the vanilla frosty machine has been broken for months possibly a year! Why in the world would you not maintain a machine that makes you MONEY!!! ?? Very disappointed in Wendys at this point, maybe never to return.
Just went to Wendy’s on vista blvd in sparks Nevada. I usually never complain however this time With the price of gas and food it was upsetting to bring home food that was inedible a due to the salt content. We ordered 2 singles a large Fry and medium Chocolate frosty 17.00 for food that was so salty we had to throw it away. I don’t think we will ever go back. Taking the food back was simply not an option. I feel nothing will probably happen but at least I have spoken my peace. And feel nothing can change unless you say something.
