I am a client of the UPS Store in Orange CT. Only reason I have not switched to another store is because from reviews of the remaining stores within my travel area all have similar comments. Rude Employees. I found that to be very true in the Orange CT store. I also found very untrained employees. Debris on the floor, trash full and employee sitting up on the counter. I also am receiving notices for packages and mail that is not there. No one seems to have a clue as to what is going on. Soon as I finds another place for my mail I will no longer be doing business with this company

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about some outstanding customer service received at the UPS store (store0343@theupsstore.com at 14080 Nacogdoches Rd San Antonio, Tx 78247). We had gone to 2 different places to get a signature notarized and my 78 year old mother who is disabled and partially blind was beginning to feel very weak and tired and needed to wait in the car u til we were sure that the signature could be notarized before she journeyed in to yet another established and attempted to wait in line. I went in and verified there was a notary and explained the trouble we had at the other places. I explained my mom was waiting in the truck AC until the last minute so she didn’t have to walk and stand for a long time on this hot 100 degree day for the third time. As I was telling my son to go get his memaw from the truck, without hesitation, the manager Jenny said, “Absolutely not! I will come out to her!” We did all the paperwork we could together inside and then Jenny came outside into the 100 degree heat herself and witnessed my mother’s signature. We were so thankful for that kind gesture! It was so appreciated. In this day and age it is uncommon for someone to go out of their way and inconvenience themselves to help another person. I cannot begin to tell you how much we appreciated that! In our eyes, Jenny deserves a raise, a promotion a bonus, an award and a vacation! I just thought you might like to know what an exemplary employee you have managing your store. I hope UPS will express our gratitude to her and compensate her accordingly! Thank you so much Jenny! You were a life saver! Sincerely, Leah Fey

Hey, there sorry for inconvenience I’m an employee of one of the ups stores in Fayetteville Arkansas. I was paid for over time and the owners of the ups store are very bad. I have seen them take packages home that meant to return back to sender. They have camera that don’t work. They’re very unprofessional the ways they do things. In the state of Arkansas your supposed to pay for over time and still haven’t

I have a complaint and a video about your store at 2030 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041. This person has no business operating a UPS Store. I was informed that she is the manager and owner. She told me I needed a box to ship all my items back to Amazon even though it does NOT state that on each of the items I was returning. She was rude and proceeded to take apart the items and remove brand new never used items out of their packaging to so she can shove them into other boxes. She proceeded to damage the packaging. I told her if she did that, I will not receive my refund from Amazon. She said she has to, I told she is damaging the items. No wonder, I never received refunds for 6 other Amazon items. After we drop off our items, they are torn apart and shoved into boxes. I am posting this video of her refusing service to me despite that I was NOT required by Amazon or their vendor to furnish packaging per the printed return code. I will also notify the Better Business Bureau and the local news and papers. This is horrible service. I had to go to another UPS Store at 2320 E Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85042 where the person there tells me they have gotten so many of their irate customers due to how they are treated there. Yet no one has done anything about it. If she is the owner and manager then the UPS Store needs to remove her immediately. She had no business running any kind of business if this is her attitude. She not only makes the UPS store look bad, but she makes human beings look bad.

Below are emails that I received from your customer relations in November and I have yet to hear from a regional manager or leadership at UPS Store. This case has been going on for a very long time. Basically the store never offered or conveyed to me that I needed to opt in for insurance for my son’s $1400 computer. I thought shipping with UPS was the guarantee that my product would arrive safely. I am at the point now that I just want an answer from corporate if they are going to help me or NOT. Please give me the respect enough to call me so I can put this disaster behind me.

    November 11th –
“Thank you for contacting The UPS Store, Inc., and giving us the opportunity to address your concern. We’re sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience. Please be assured that we are committed to providing world-class customer service and we take your concern very seriously.”

    Nov 28th –
“A case was opened regarding tracking # 1Z0TT0470312695858. An agent will be in touch shortly to support.”

    Thank you
