Spoke to a gentleman this morning will not say names. He was only concerned about arguing and trying to keep me on the phone as long as possible. I called during my break to see if my tile was there after I had ordered it several weeks back. They stated on the first phone call, they would call me when it was ready. Come to find out it was not ordered. So moving forward. I just needed to order it. And be done with it. However, it turned into a mess. The gentleman wanted to argue. Lied to me. Try to tell me that the tile I ordered was new. I have had samples from them a year ago. Unless one year is considered new. I ignored him the first time he said it. after the third time I corrected him and stated I had samples a year ago. It is not a New Tile. Then when I tried to order it. I asked if they needed my payment information. He stated yes. I did get frustrated. Because the first time I tried to order it . I had the payment information that day. they told me we can figure it out when we get there. Because of something to do with trim. And I didn’t know for sure if I was going to buy that there or not. But they should have still went ahead and order the tile I could’ve done the rest at a later date. I told them that as well. But I guess they didn’t listen. It was the same gentleman that I spoke to you. I’m almost positive. Both phone calls. until I came into the store. I think they were wanting to sell me more things. And so that must’ve been maybe why they didn’t order them tile. After this whole mess. 15 minutes later my bell head rain to go back to work. And the gentleman just wanted to keep arguing and talking to me about so somebody told you to pay for it in store. I stated that’s not what I meant. Was they told me to wait until I come into the store. However, I have moved that money into cash. I no longer have it in the bank. So I could not order tile. I have cash now.. ugh. frustrated. So I guess if I really want this tile I need to go back to the bank. Put the money back in. Call them back. Order the tile. Wait another month. And hope that they get it right this time. I don’t know if it’s even worth it at this moment. Maybe I should just look elsewhere as what I’m thinking. a very frustrated customer. Because their customer service is the worst. Very rude with arguing about stuff that doesn’t matter. Just order the tile please. But again it never happened. I had to hang up due to the length of the phone call. There were several other things that happened but I’m not including this is a long enough message. There’s so much that happened during this phone call I would almost hope that somebody would contact me back pertaining their associates.

Just tried to return tile today but was denied due to the 90 day policy. We were 27 days past the day only because of COVID and all things with the project was delayed. You would think your company would have some grace on people right now due to the supply chains being a mess. It is nice to know that the federal government has given you all PPP loans to help you out the lest you could do is return the favor and help out the working people as well.

Tile shop would not take back unopened tile or grout. They said we were past the 90 day make. The sales person was pushy and did not relay the 90 return policy even though we informed her that are tiler was 6 months out. Now I’m stuck with $400 in extra tile I can’t return. Will not use the Canton Mi. Or this retailer again!
