    I have nothing but trouble with Sharper Image and their customer service department. I placed an order that was given a duplicate tracking number, attempted to deliver to the wrong address due to the FEDEX label being created wrong. Then the shipment went back to the warehouse and I was told would be re-delivered to the correct address. I received emails today to indicate they have given me 2 gift certificates that don’t even total my original expenditure. I can’t re-order the items as they are now out of stock! I do NOT want to spend another dime with this company…just wanted to receive the original order.

    Over the holidays I ordered several different items from your company. One of the items was the wrong size and had to be returned. The process of returning the item was easy. However the process of reordering the correct size has been nothing less than horrendous because of the policies that your company employs. I ended up not reordering the product and we’ll never ever ever shop at your company again. I am saddened by your policies by the amount of time that I have wasted and no company should make it so difficult for a customer to replace a product.

    Purchased a monocular with phone camera adapter. Monocular was fine but adapter was flimsy at best and impossible to keep phone in place for pictures. Have tried to reach customer service to no avail. I will make it a priority to go to any retailer selling sharper image products and encourage them to drop sharper image. Even sent an E-mail but have not received a reply. I invite any other comments from other customers or Sharper Image (will definitely not hold breath for that. CHARLETONS is the word for Sharper Image.

    I am going to formally send a complaint. My deep tissue massager PRO gave me about a 2in by 2in second degree burn.

    I purchased a Sharper Image sound machine for my grand daughter for Christmas. She would like to
    return it. HOWEVER, after numerous tries to get a return label, waiting over 1/2 hour each call, I am sending it back myself, via U.S. postage! Not a good way to do business guys!

    I placed numerous orders for Christmas , all unacceptable quality.Products are poorly made of cheap quality and outdated specs. THEY ARE JUNK. There are no retail stores, on-line only. Good luck on getting a prompt refund for returns. Customer service is AWfUL! Stay away ! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
