    The quality of NF is really going down. I am paying 50 plus more for a sweatshirt that balls up in the armpits after 1 wear. If I am paying 50 bucks, it should with -stand a few wears before looking old.

    I’m a long wearer of the Triple C. North Face Warranty was not able to replace the zipper in my Triple C for some reason and unfortunately has sent me a gift card. So bummed. I notice that the new Triple C zipper starts from about 4” from the bottom. Why have they done that?? I’m tall and it defeats the purpose of wearing it to stay warm. Because of that I am I’m looking for the Haxton or the Triple long Puffer. Will these be available the year? Are there any long down coats that will zip from the bottom?

    If you want North Face buy at a distributor like Dicks. I ordered $4000 worth of product and they refuse to give me my points because I asked for my tracking to go to a different e-mail for easy tracking. Just plain cheap, no need to have the XPLR Pass if they won’t provide the points

    Bought a pair of insulated/waterproof boots some years back only wore them a dozen times in light usage…tread shows no wear. The seam between the boot bed and the upper has parted in the back, the ‘joining process’ on one boot clearly inferior. Very comfortable boot, it’s a darn shame better quality control measures weren’t in place in China. Due to design, not repair shop can satisfactorily re-join footbed to upper.
