Larry h Miller in Albuquerque salesman by the name of Jonathan is horrible and rude does not return calls and will not help you get cancellation forms he flat out said not he will not get cancellation form to me I will never buy another vehicle from this company again
Larry miller sold me a truck proving that it passed their multipoint safety inspection. Within days a number of issues came up and in a matter of about 4 months we have replaced
– Rack and pinion
– Ball joints
– lift kit
– tie rods
– AC condenser and evac
– wheel speed sensor
– mass air flow sensor
– engine filter
– cabin air filter
– hub and bearings
– Steering gear
We notified Larry miller within a day of purchase for a major concern and were told it was sold as is and sent along our way.
After contacting the attorney General, they attempted to offer $1200 for our silence and release from any liability.
Sadly since then we have had a number of other issues, including our breaks failing while driving down a cliff side.
The managers at the Boise Idaho location (Tom Greene and Ross) have been anything but empathetic or ethical. Ross even made a statement at one point that I am just looking for money because that’s what it has to be about.
I am disgusted with the management team there.
Bought a truck said we were approved and I traded in my old truck had a loan on it and they said they would pay it off and said I needed prove of residency because i just had moved and I got my new ID and sent it to them and they said it wasn’t good enough and I told them it takes a cycle for the actual bill on paper comes in and till this day I have my old loan calling me saying I owe them and Larry h Miller in tucson hasn’t paid it off and they haven’t returned our calls to see if they took care of this matter and we have had the truck for over a month need answers?? Very disappointed and stressed out no customer should have to deal with this!!
