You have a very very unpleasant girl working your drive-through at your Florence Alabama Krystal. Her attitude and mouth will run every one of your customers off. There were no customer cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive-through and she still was not helping me and when I did drive on to the window she told me I could not drive up to the window that I needed to go back around and sit at the back of the building until she got to me. Obviously I left. Today is Thursday and it is August the 25th so you can check the schedule and see who that girl is because she will ruin your business in Florence.
