I was at your restaurant on Telephone Rd in Ventura, Ca.

I was very impressed by a young lady name Kayla, who handed me my online order, Kayla was very good and had everything I needed, she is very courteous, nice and polite, her job is just as important as any job there.

I would like to commend Kayla on a job well done.
Nicest employee I’ve seen at any of three of your restaurants I’ve been to, thank you for hiring Kayla.

Horrible experience at the San Clemente location. Left several emails and voicemails. They responded with vague answers and never really answered my question. Still waiting for responses and crickets. Their online reputation I see is extremely poor. Clearly at the corporate office customer care we’re dealing with the uneducated, even at that level. As a result it shows on their response and lack of. It all starts at the top. The main players have gone MIA as well. It explains why the field ambassadors don’t give a shit. It’s a domino effect, trend within this organization. My refund, the amount of that refund and a “we are sorry” should have come in 1-2 business days. Period!!!! This happened in October 2023. It’s now November. Still waiting……. And waiting and waiting……… hiding behind an email without giving a name and ignoring the consumer because “they are not paid enough” attitude.

I have not been able to log in on the app for the Exclusive Offers for several months I am using the correct email address and password, always get: An error has occurred. Please double check you form and try again. So I tried Forgot My Password, but it never sends an email. This is ridiculous!

Air-conditioning is broken in the kitchen at the 40th St. and Bell location and has been for weeks, it’s over 100° in there and no one cares to fix it. Employees are dripping sweat into peoples food.

I Order my food online I went to the restaurant to pick up my order they where working my veggie burger there was fries sitting on top of counter they took those fries that was sitting up there for a while put them in m y bag way to my work I notice they where cold. And my veggie burger kept falling part little Burt I was mad that was my lunch I could even eat rest of my lunch go hungry until I get home from work I go habit a lot so sad

on 2/19/2023 the food made me sick to my. I drove drove back 10 miles to return the food and get my money, only to be greeted by a manager who was disrespectful, condescending, with a negative pessimistic attitude. I was refused a refund. he wrote on the receipt trying to send me some where else. I was called a liar. the manger said he didn’t believe me and I was told that Jesus knows the truth. he asked why didn’t I go to the hospital. It just opened in the area, with very bad service. eventually i got my money after calling his boss. he continued to harass me. he refused to give me my receipt back. so I asked to take a picture he refused and called the the police so I had to call his boss again. and they us the same gloves to handle money and food . my first visit a young lady was offended when I refused to take the ice cream cone she had just prepared for me with the same gloves she had been using to take previous costumers form of payment including mine ( cash) 2 visits/ 2 bad experiences. the I will never go there again. I was sick to my stomach (felt like food poisoning) and traumatized by this experience at the Habit at the corner of Craig/ rancho.

I want to commend the super friendly, and patient manager at the Issaquah Highlands, WA location. (7/18/2022 1:30pm) I recognized him from a different restaurant that he used to manage and was happy to see that he had gotten a better opportunity at your company.
He graciously brought our tray of food to our table with all the sides and sauces too. As we left, he made sure we’d come back as he graciously handed me some coupons.
He’s just fabulous and I hope he gets this praise in writing and a bump in pay. He DESERVES IT!!

My husband and I ate at the Habit Burger in Hackensack NJ last week. The food was very tasty. Service was somewhat slow: we waited 20 minutes for the order.
My criticism is that my chicken sandwich came in a plastic box that would have been recyclable – had there been a bin for that purpose!
What a waste to just trash recyclable plastic.
I look forward to hearing from you whether corporate does not require recycling, or is it just this location?

I had 2 orders. After driving all the way home 3 miles, I discover that both orders were completely wrong and one of them was a very old prepared burger. I had to drive all the way back. No apology was offered to me and no explanation. The order was changed however it was a horrible experience.

Contacted headquarters and have not received a call back. So unprofessional. I visited The Habit in Layton Utah and the manager Chris was very unprofessional and rude. He had all the walk in customer waiting in line for more than 20 minutes and was taking online orders only. When I talked to him to ask if they would be taking our order he said he was busy and that online order important and they kept coming in. He said he would eventually help us but no one took our order. I asked him to give me a time and said 5 minutes waited and nothing. I told him i would call corporate and he stated he didn’t care to go ahead. He was very rude, unprofessional and didn’t care for the customers waiting his customer service was awful.
