I just got a call from Scott a supervisor of Brian Snidner who is my claim adjuster regarding an accident with one of their insured that they are trying to deny some coverages on my car. It is sickening that they are going to these unethical steps to avoid doing what is right.

Worst insurance company ever they been giving me a hard time since I reported my claims they also provided incorrect information to the insurance commission and to the nicb because they didn’t do their job and do properly investigation like they should all of my vehicles currently sitting at copart no one never answer phone left numerous of voicemails and complaints this is a bad Faith insurance company recommend 0/10

My daughter’s car was severely damaged as a deer ran into her. It’s been almost a month ago. Still no adjuster has looked at the car.

My car was totaled due to no fault of my own I have full coverage insurance and you guys still refused to pay m like I’m tryna fraud yall company or something the other driver even admitted fault and I was still giving a hard time and told to go through other party insurance worse insurance company ever and my policy is 2,050.33 I will not be renewing

    I was also done the same way the cloaks department told my daughter and I to go get estimates of the damages and we did that which was 2000.00 and when we sit in the estimate, they told Liz that they don’t use any adjuster that they don’t come out that they look at the pictures and they have their own and they pay what they want that they feel like is right when they look at your card and they didn’t pay my body shop Mechanic, the the money the cost to fix it they gave him $300 and a total damages or $2000 and I’ve been having a hard time trying to speak with the corporate office because they keep hanging up on me or send me to the claims department are, etc.

OMG YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST INSURANCE IVE EVER DEALT WITH ITS TAKE 2 months to get our SUV IN AND YOU GUYS ONLY WANT TO GIVE US A LOW GRADE CAR THAT WONT GET AROUND IN SEVERAL FEET OF SNOW IM VERY ILL AND NEED A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE TO GET BACK AND FORTH I READ ATHER COMMENTS AND THEY ARE THE SAME OR SIMILAR AS MINE SHACK THE ARE RUINING YOU NAME SO SAD 😡

I PERFER EMAILING OVER CALLING, FACT ONE! FACT TWO I WAS SENT AN EMAIL FROM THE GENERAL THAT SAID DUE TO THE HURRICANE IAN MORATORIUM MY POLICY WAS REINSTATED, TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED TO DISCUSS A PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY MY TWO PAST DUE PAYMENTS. I CALLED TWICE AND EACH TIME I SAT ON HOLD WITH THE MOST HORRIBLE ELAVATOR MUSIC, INTERUPTED EVERY FEW SECONDS TO REMIND ME MY CALL IS IMPORTANT PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE FOR THE NEXT REPRESENTIVE FOR OVER AN HOUR! NOW YOU SEE WHY I PERFER EMAILING, THAT AND MOST OF THE TIME I GET THAT REP WITH THE THICK INDIA ACCENT WHERE I CANNOT MAKE OUT EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE SAYING!!!! AFTER CALLING I WENT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT PAGE AND SIGNED IN, THEN HIT THE CHAT AND ASKED IF THERE WAS AN ACTUAL EMAIL TO SEND MY PAYMENT PLAN BY EMAIL…I WOULD BE GIVEN A LIST OF SELECTIONS TO TRY AND HELP ME. I WOULD CHECK NONE OF THE ABOVE, DID THIS EIGHT TIMES BEFORE I GOT THE MESSAGE OF, I WAS BEING TRANSFERED TO A ‘LIVE’ REP TO HELP ME. FINE AND GOOD, I ASKED THE REP FOR THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND GOT A COMPLETE RUN AROUND NEVER GETTING CLOSE TO GETTING AN ACUTAL EMAIL ADDRESS. OUT OF COMPLETE FRUSTRATION I CLOSED OUT THE CHAT. I DID A GOOGLE SEARCH AND WAS DIRECTED TO An EMAIL SUBMISSION AND THOUGHT FINALLY! NOPE AFTER TYPING IN MY INFORMATION AND PAYMENT PLAN AND THEN HITTING SUBMIT, I GOT ERROR MESSAGE AND NOTHING WAS SENT! FOR THE LOVE OF PETE ALL I WANT TO DO IS SUBMIT MY PAYMENT PLAN TO CATCH UP MY TWO PAYMENTS! I HAVE A VERY FIXED INCOME, AND AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY (MY WIFE IS ALSO ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BECAUSE OF SPINAL CONDITIONS STIMING FROM WORKING FOURTY TWO YEARS AT TWO FULL TIME JOBS SIX DAYS A WEEK ON CEMENT FLOORS) PERMANTLY DUE TO A TRIPLE BYPASS SURGERY AND SEVERE HEART CONDITIONS THAT CAUSE BLOOD CLOTS TO FORM, NO MEDICAL UNTIL I TURN 65 AND CAN GO ON MEDICARE WHICH IS TWO YEARS FROM NOW! SO AS OF NOW I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THE DR APPOINTMENT IN FULL TO BE SEEN, NO BILLING WHICH IS IGNORANT TO BEGIN WITH, AND PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR MY MEDICATIONS WHICH ARE EXPENSIVE AS ALL GET OUT! PAYING OUT MEDICAL REDUCES AND PREVENTS ME FROM GETTING OTHER THINGS I NEED AND I HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE BETWEEN PAYING ON TIME OR PAYING PARCIAL PAYMENTS AND WORSE OF ALL NOT PAYING AT ALL WHICH IS NEVER GOOD! I GO THE EXTRA MILE AND DO MY BEST TO MAKE PAYMENT PLANS WHERE I CAN! MY WIFE CANNOT DRIVE, SO IT’S IMPORTANT FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE HER AND MYSELF AROUND, TO DO THIS I HAVE TO HAVE AUTO INSURANCE.

I AM PUTTING MY INFORMATION AND TWO PAYMENT PLANS HERE AND MAYBE SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IT WHO WORKS FOR THE GENERAL AND CAN HELP ME OR APPROVE ONE OF MY PAYMENT PLANS.

FIRST PAYMENT PLAN: PAY OUT A SMALL AMOUNT EACH MONTH ALONG WITH REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENTS UNTIL THE PAST DUE IS PAID OFF, WHICH WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME IN THE LONG RUN, BUT I DOUBT THAT WILL HAPPEN FOR ME AS IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE. HOWEVER, IN OUR EVERY DAY LIVES MAKING SENSE NEVER SEEMS TO HAPPEN!

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IVE EVER HAD. BAD FAITH SERVICE WITH MY POLICY/CLAIM GIVING ME FALSE INFORMATION. NOT PROVIDING ME WITH CRITICAL INFORMATION IN TIMELY MANOR. SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE PAPERWORK WHEN THEY DID AND I HAVE PROOF. NOT PAYING OUT TOTAL DAYS USED IN RENTAL EVEN THOUGH ITS WITHIN MY LIMITS!!! THIS LOOKS TO BE A SITUATION I NEED A LAWYER FOR!

I started out thinking this insurance company was the best one yet until I needed them. My car was stolen engine blew while it was stolen. I filed a police report and also let my claim rep know more then likely my mfg was going to cover the repairs and i probably wouldn’t need them for the claim. After i had shared that information i asked could they at least help me with a rental to get back and fourth until they worked on my warranty and fixed my engine. I was informed yes and to email her my receipts and keep her informed. Great! (I thought) i rent to the car rental place they did an over the phone confirmation with the claims rep to email her the rental receipt and how much they charge. They had me pay the amount over what they would cover. After a month and a half i was informed by another rep who was messaging my claims rep that they won’t cover it because it wasn’t part of a claim. If there was ANY possibility or just no you guys wouldn’t cover it should have been told to me when i asked and made you guys well aware another company was covering the repairs. I would have not gotten the rental that now I’m stuck with this big bill. I’ve been let down by false information, supervisors not calling me back AT ALL. Worse experience of my life

Informed secondary/affiliate that I will no be renewing my Insurance policy(FL5445413) via email. Policy was renewed on 2/22/2022 anyway with my knowledge and permission. Which I purchase car insurance on 2/18/2022 with another company. I’m filing a complaint.
