Good Afternoon I would like to know why the fresh grocer of Upper Darby will not steam seafood and why are the crabs legs sold frozen with cakes of ice on them and they are not able to remove the ice before they weight the crab legs for you. You have to pay for the weight of the ice. Please explain.
