I recently had the shopping opportunity to visit the Bayshore Finis lin3 store in the small. I was greeted by Michael the manager showed him a pair of sneakers I received delivered at home. These sneakers were worn and the box was crushed and no paper in with the sneakers. He looked at them and said he was sorry and tried to get me a pair in my size. His store did not have this style he called the finish line in Macy’s as well as searching any stores that had my size on Long Island. He was able to find my size and style from a NJ store. I was called upon their arrival, and his entire staff which included 4 different employees a female and 3 different males could not have been more helpful. Today January 19, 2019 I was able to purchase the proper style and size of my Nike sneakers. The manager and staff should be commended for their customer service which reflects on the Manager.
