I received a $100.00 e-gift card from my niece Lori Whipple on January 3, 2023 for my BD. I am unable to find it. I have checked all my emails to no luck. Anyway you can locate it. Thank you for any help.

  • Staff member of Louisville says:

I am an employee at the Louisville location. In our state by law we are a no share tip state. The General Managing Partner Petru Bester threaten the staff that if we do not tip the percentage that she has set then Capital Grille has no room for us. That is illegal and I will be talking to the labor board. Since there is no email for corporate I’ll leave this here.

  • John Doe says:

My wife works for a contractor. Last night Capital Grill dumped C.C. information in their dumpster without shredding any personal information. I will be calling the local news and police as this is a felony. I will be pressing charges

Your new Parsippany NJ has some serious management issues. Discrimination harassment & humiliation. Particularly a manager named Juliana. You really should look into it before lawsuits start.

  • NYC Resident says:

We were practically thrown out of Chrysler Center. A friend and I had a 5:30 pm reservation on 5/1/21. While I arrived a bit early, I waited, as a nice, but overworked, waiter struggled to keep up. Service was slow. True, we like to linger, but with service slow, to later be told by Jill (who, by the way, does not walk but MARCHES TO TABLES) that there was no time to order tea, was beyond the pale. Frankly, the way Jill marches conjures up disturbing memories of the Gestapo. While I am not qualified to say if, on 5/1/21, in the middle of New York City, my friend and I were the victims of antisemitism, I will say that as Jill marched, we shook. No patrons should ever shake as a Manager marches when those patrons have ordered drinks, appetizers, steak, sides, dessert—hardly just bread and water. If Jill had any fears that we would ever return, I can assuage them: I will never, ever, in my lifetime, set foot in the Chrysler Center location ever again. Not only that, but I will be telling my friends about the unadulterated fear that overtook us as Jill marched toward our table, on the night of 5/1/21, in the middle of New York City at Chrysler Center. My nerves, and my friend’s nerves, will take a great deal of time to heal after seeing Jill march toward our table. For a bill over $200, this is a disgrace. Do not, repeat, do not, allow your Managers to instill fear in patrons whom you should be welcoming back. Disgraceful behavior by Jill…. What will Eugene Lee, CEO, think when he receives my letter?

Hello, I am reaching out because we ordered take out on 5-22-20 and the food was not good at all. We spent $250 on food that was terrible. We wanted well done steaks and the The steaks were burnt on the outside and bleeding on the inside. The rice was over cooked and was very soggy. The chicken was very dry and the lobster man and cheese did not hardly have any lobster in it. I called and complained immediately and nothing was done. I spoke with a Todd and Melissa who done nothing and was really rude. Also, I continued to get the run around. We have eaten at this restaurant many of times and the food was always good. I feel like we should be compensated for something because your establishment is not cheap for the food not to be very good.

The last two times I’ve eaten at the Capital Grille in Sarasota the restroom drains are backed up and sink is full of nasty water. The first time water was standing in the floor. The front desk said that a plumber was called!

    June 23, 2019 @4:00PM

I visited the Capital Grille in Cherry Hill N.J. To celebrate my 66th Birthday and was treated as if I was in 1960. My guest and I waited to be seated for a little over the opening time and was taken far in the back of the restaurant away from the other guests. When I asked why we were isolated from the other guest, the hostess told us that she thought we wanted a booth. I spoke with the manager and she asked if I wanted to move to another location. My first thought was to leave but we had driven from Philadelphia and had not eaten all day. The waiter was very condescending and I was afraid of him handling my food. There were no African American Workers in that establishment that was visible which didn’t help.
I hope that this situation is handled properly and no one else has to experience our mishap.
