The community in Pacific Palisades is heartbroken and disappointed that the Bay Club, even after an enormous outcry in the form of a petition of 200 names, that are growing daily, and an opportunity to make more money from members who are willing to pay more, is abandoning the community and not willing to find a way to make it work and stay. The community begs you to reconsider. It’s more than a gym to us it’s the heart of our community.

The condition of Bay Club Fremont is horrific. I have photos I’ve submitted to management over and over. They are fully aware of the filth and yet nothing changes. I have been a member since December 2000. The SHOWERS were redone one time shortly after I joined. The tile was not sealed and the filth is so thick, you can scrape lines into the tiles. TILES are even missing and there is RUST all over the shower areas. There are COCKROACHES, and the fitness area has dust balls under all the workout machines. I would love to forward the photos to someone who cares to make a difference.

I have been a member of BayClub (ClubSport) Pleasanton, Ca for over 30 years.
Due to Covid, I have been unable to use the Club since the outbreak in 2020.
My membership should have been on Hold, but the Club continued to charge me full price starting Aril, 2021 when I was not setting foot at the club due to covid issues I had.

I sent correspondence via my bayclubconnect account and did not hear back from customer service.
Since they continued to charge my account the full $160 plus even though I could not use the services, my account was inactiviated.
