Went there yesterday, Christmas Eve day for lunch with family. Entrance way doors in need of repair, painting and the glass windows needed cleaning. We were experiencing very cold weather in Orlando. When we went inside to the waiting area,the leather chairs were so old they all had cracks everywhere on them. Certainly not inviting you to sit. The temperature inside cold. I told the waiter and he passed it on to the manager. I had to keep my coat on for the entire time. The manager certainly was aware of the cold weather since it was so abnormal for Florida at this time.
The food got cold quickly. On the way out and told the manager about the first impressions with the entrance way and temperature in the restaurant. He only offered excuses and no customer recovery. I am not a tourist, and not a first time customer. I see no reason for returning.
I need to speak to someone of a very bad experience my family and I had at the 101 N. Houston ST location the waiter was 1372 Jason S can someone call me to explain more in detail. Thank you.
First time dining at the Orland Park location. Upon entry Ivan promptly told us if we were seated we had to leave in 1 hour.
This particular location is located in a mall. A member of our party had a bag in his hand from a local pretzel shop. He wasn’t eating the pretzels nor was he intending to do so once seated. We were told he couldn’t bring the bag in because of cross contamination. However, while eating we observed another patron bought in a birthday cake.
This was the first time we ate at this establishment and it will be the last.
