The Teriyaki Madness on Centennial Center Blvd in Las Vegas Nevada #190 is the one I’m referring to. I’ve been supporting this location since it opened. On 10/22/23 at 5:29pm I ordered my usual bowls. I went to a friend’s house and brought these bowls with me for dinner. The chicken was over cooked and dry. There was hardly any vegetables as well. I am very frustrated with this location as it happens more than not. It is not cheap for me on a fixed income to buy these products, so I expect them to be as good as it was my first visit. I’ve contacted this location twice with no return as stated on their site. I thought I would let you know what this location is putting out so maybe you can have a chat with them. It all reflects on the name of Teriyaki Madness. I thank you for looking in to this matter.
    Respectfully,
    Kevin Jackson

I’m really poor turd is there any teriyaki madness that I can go into where the cook and the cashier are not already eating the chicken they’re walking around eating the food as people are ordering and then with their fingers and then wiping their fingers on their apron, I’ve gone to multiple teriyaki and they’re all standing around eating the food which is nasty today I went to the teriyaki madness located on 5749 East Russell Rd. The cashier and the cook are all chomping on the chicken and I’m supposed to want to eat that I don’t think so. The order number was 43082742 was so disgusted they don’t even have teriyaki madness cups. They’re giving plastic cups and saying that’s the teriyaki style I don’t think so. I’ve gone to other restaurants and I know that teriyaki madness has their own label on their cups not plastic cups that you can buy from Walmart or the local Walgreens , the person that served me was the name WEYD it is now 3:48 PM in Las Vegas Nevada… I was so disgusted by Consulete, watching people, eat and licking their fingers from behind the counter…. I asked for my money back, and I left on the wall. It has a grade A for cleanliness, and I don’t see how they received A great day.

I love the beef teriyaki bowl at Teriyaki Madness – until today. It appears the recipe and cut of meat has been changed and I’m sad and disappointed! If that is the “new” recipe please count me out as a future customer. I hope it was a fluke!

  • Robin robbins says:

we were just at your location in Greenwood Village on Arapahoe. We walked in and we waited and waited while the girl at the front was on her cell phone texting. She never looked up, never addressed us. We waited and waited and finally left terrible customer service. We have eaten at several teriyaki madness out of state and we’re quite happy to see this one as we were passing by very excited. Very disappointed when we went in.

  • Jim says:

It’s been a month since I left from the Oshkosh, WI establishment and still have yet to receive my final paycheck.

The owner likes to rave about all of the money he makes when previous comments are, “oh! I took his last paycheck” in reguards to another employee that quit just before me. Guess he took mine too!!!

I’d also avoid the Oshkosh location if I were you or you might get a Wok thrown at you because the owner has that history.

  • Brian Evans says:

I ordered a regular size teriyaki steak bowl and after paying $16 for it I get home to find there is barely any meat in the bowl. I have photos if you need to see it.

  • Veronica says:

What are cage free carrots and free range zucchini per your menu that was mass mailed to Oshkosh Wisconsin resident?
