    Tcf has rearranged transaction on my account and went against their own policy to charge my account overdraft fees twice on the same transaction! I have discussed my issue with my family and friends and they have too experienced the same or similar issues! As a result we are all closing out our TCF bank accounts this week and transferring to Huntington bank or citizens bank for better banking services!
    We all will also be putting in separate complaints with the FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regarding the trickery in TCF’s process and policy!

    i am writing to info you of why i am leaving your bank. i have been with you for 2yrs. i have had 2yrs of bad expierences mostly with your customer services. 1reason you outsoarse your call center out of country i expect my bank to keep jobs in country. In my contacts with them they have a hard time understanding what im saying in turn i have a hard time understanding them partly because of all the back ground noise from the call center. 2 I have been given wrong info several times now last one on 4/10/20 i was advised i could get copies of cancelled checks at the bank for no charge when i drove 30 miles each way to find out they would charge 5 per check. I don’t have a printer and the library is closed where i usually go to print things 3 The outrageous charges that you charge I don’t understand why you even charge for copies it’s a push of a button maybe a min charge for paper but 5 bucks outrageous this is how you treat your customer I dont want to bank where they ripoff customers so for these reasons i will be leaving. Have you heard off a call back feature so your customer doesn’t have to wait for 30 min to talk to a person

    your online banking app shows my balance every time I use my card. checked it on 01/02/2020 and I had a positive balance. my direct deposit goes in on 01/03/2020 and I have an overdraft fee of 37.00 dollars. every time I use my card I check my balance. every transaction she talked about on the phone showed on the app. and I had a positive balance on 01/02/2020. including the state farm ins. auto-draft. if it shows my available balance after each transaction on your app. and she tells it says something different on her end what good is this online tool!

    AFTER RUDE TREATMENT I RECEIVED BY THE LOCAL OFFICE Mgr.DONT HAVE HIS NAME BUT U KNOW THE OFFICE SURE YOU CAND FIND OUT.WE DON THAVE A LOT OF MONEY BUT MAKE AT LEAST $5,000 a month in deposits.Mainly retirement income. And I HAVE PAID A LOT
