  • Tess says:

My husband is a truck driver who was late to his appointment this morning because the day before he wasn’t loaded on time.
He also injured his toe, but still came at your Fort Wayne, Indiana location an hour after the scheduled appointment.
Your security guard, a woman refused to take the load, saying ” I don’t care and I don’t give a damn you were late yesterday” in a very rude tone. Is that how the truck drivers are treated? I’m so disgusted by her tone since I heard it on the phone. My husband also tried to explain that he has injured toe, he needs to go back home to Wisconsin, but she closed the window and ignored him. The broker informed us it’s not worth calling the company.
Nice job, he is driving to Wi for more than 200 miles and has to go back on Monday.
I will make sure he doesn’t take any loads to your company ever again. Furthermore, I will inform BBB of this. You just don’t appreciate truck drivers.

  • D Smith says:

I just shopped at the Cub store in Baxter and observed several things. One customer was shopping with no mask, one employee in the deli area was stocking cheeses and had her mask around her neck and two vendors were stocking shelves and wearing their masks incorrectly. None of this helps stop the spread of this virus!

  • Announsly says:

There is a cub worket at the cambridge bakery being very rude and talks down on people.

  • Chuck Webber says:

Considering the present pandemic and what New Zealand did to halt its spread I believe it would be prudent to require masks for customers and instore employees. Masks have proven a n effective deterrent according to the medical professionals.
This will deter negligent claims down the road.
Cub is tardy in doing this as countries are beginning to require mask outside one’s living quarters!
This requirement is non cost and one of your bigger competitors. Costco is now doing this!

    Regards,
    Webber

    • Debbi Ruotsalainen says:

I was searching to thank you thank you thank you for NOT requiring masks for customers. Also to let you know that Cub Foods is going around on Facebook for people to contact you and thank you for not requiring masks. (there is a list of stores that are not requiring it and Cub is one of them. It is our freedoms that are being ripped away from us. If you think that it will ever go away – I highly doubt it. Please keep our freedoms intact. It will get worst with more freedoms being ripped from us. I used to shop at Walmart and will do all of my shopping at Cub now, so will hundreds of other people and I will be sure to let them know that you do not require masks.
      THANK YOU!!!
