Really upset with have my account locked out do to no fault of my own – we upgraded phones and now can’t get our accounts back – I paid for the monthly pass and can’t use it, but your not offering to refund it!

I actually thought I finally found a game app that honors there are prizes that they claim your gift from playing CherryRuby app that you download from Google play. The contact support email they don’t ever get back to you and answer you I’m lucky I found this information out by searching on Google I don’t know if they’ll receive this and if they will get a reply back that I just feel all the hours I did watching the videos and playing the games I deserve to get my rewards. And no doubt this will be like the other apps when it’s time for you to receive your rewards when you cash out either get deleted or blocked or your coins and cash disappear.
