    I AM UPSET I JUST FOUND OUT MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS TRYING TO PAY THE INVOICE AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE COMPANY’S DEBIT CARD SO SHE ARGUED ALONG WITH A FULL GROWN MAN ARGUING BACK AT HER AND CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT JUST FOR TELLING THIS MAN THAT THE WAY PAYMENT USED TO BE SET UP WAS A LOT EASIER TO GET THEM PAID. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE CEO TO INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM AND REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT MY WIFE DID NOTHING WRONG IN TRYING TO GET SUNBELT PAID FASTER AND ON TIME. MEN AS RUDE AS THIS ONE WAS SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING YOUR ACCOUNT CALLS HE IS LOSING A LOT OF BUSINESS FOR YOU AS HE WOULD NOT EVEN EXPLAIN WHY THEY WOULD NOT TAKE DEBIT CARDS NO LONGER BUT WOULD PREFER TO WAIT LONGER ON CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT ALONG WITH THE PERCENTAGE THAT GOES WITH IT.. NEVER HERE OR THERE I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF YOURS FOR OVER 27 YEARS WITH AN OUTSTANDING RECORD OF PAYMENT AND I WOULD LIKE MY ACCOUNT REINSTATED

    After turning in a 1 month notice that I was resigning I was let go immediately after they received my notice. After working 3 years for this company and 2 of those years I was the only road mechanic they had they still treated me like garbage just because I was choosing to better myself and my career!

    They will continue to take money out of your account without permission. They will tell you one thing then do something else. They charge upfront on fueling automatically it is supposed to be a option upfront or bring the machine back full well they will charge upfront and let bring you it back full. They will say they will delete your account information because you will never rent a machine from them again and charge your account and refuse to call back. I rented a machine for a month and called the day before it was due back because I needed it for 1 week longer I even asked to speak with the manager of the Arlington store she did not respond back 3 days later they call me stating they will report the machine stolen if do not pay for another month in full now or else is the way the employee at the Arlington store put it to me after I had already called 3 days before and I told them I was going to keep it for only one week extra and asked them what I needed to do and told them I wanted to speak to a manager about keeping it for a week longer because I already have had three issues with the company over that month-long rental complete total disregard for the way they talk to their customers. I have called the corporate office 4 times requesting to speak to someone over the district manager because the first time I called corporate the manager at the Arlington store called me upset because I called corporate told me to call her next time if I have any problems she did not take care of the problem the next time so I called corporate again then I had to deal with her again then I had more problems with her again had to contact corporate again then I received a phone call from the district manager he is only there to try to cover his managers attitude and say that that is the way they act and that way they want them to be that they did not do nothing wrong and did not want to acknowledge the way his employees spoke to me on the phone and threatened to report a machine stolen which is a felony on my account when I am a paying customer he only wanted to get an attitude and argue with me. They promise to delete my account waited 2 weeks and took more money out of my account I have now waited two more days after being told by the corporate office lady that someone from the upper office will be getting in contact with me before the end of the day well it has been two days. I am not going to stop leaving reviews and reaching out to the customer service department and corporate office I want to speak to the president of the company someone that is over the entire district of the Dallas-Fort Worth area that will actually be able to get something done because the way they are treating their customers is completely disrespectful.
    I rented a machine from August 12th 2021 until September the 12th 2021 it is now September the 28th and I am still reaching out to them because they have taken money out of my account again I cannot put no more money in my account I am going to probably have to close my business account to keep them from snatching money out of it.

    I am out of state contractor and we are doing a $22 mil contract in WV
    I had a very bad experience with the head man at the Charleston WV store
    We are renting Sunbelt old store location at 1716 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, WV.
    He came to the old location on 9/15/22 and interrupted My Company’s annual QP1and QP2 audit by storming inn and demanding to take some shelves
    from the this location, i told him that we were busy he started calling me a piece of shit, A;;hole and every other curse word in the book.
    The rudest individual i ever encountered!!!
    Our company has a account with Sunbelt and we have rented multiple items from 1600 air compressors to 80’ man lifts threw out the east coast
    Im very disappointed and i will never go back to that location or any other location ever again.
    The other disturbing thing is that Sharon the manager didn’t do anything about.

    I want everyone to know at this company who they have working for them. Bradley Bates is an alcoholic drug user who abuses his wife in front of his children. In the past 4 years, Brad has been addicted to heroin, meth, prescription pills, LSD, and shrooms. He came to South Carolina because he had to detox from all the drugs and alcohol in his system. He should never be allowed to be in charge of anyone or even be around people. He is dangerous and will steal anything to get his drugs. His wife and kids had to flee the state to get away from him and he has followed them trying to accuse his wife of everything he has done to her. It is disgusting and scary. He needs to lose his job.
