The Sugar Factory in Phoenix, AZ does not pay their vendors and when they do their checks bounce for insufficient funds! SHAME ON THEM!

    **HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE**
What a crappy experience! Service horrible, under staffed, food disgusting, drinks watered down and EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED. I was so embarrassed and disappointed to have brought my sister and family from out of town to the Cherry Hill, NJ Sugar Factory and it was the worst decision. So so low class. We waited over an hour to be seated, the waiter kept disappearing our children were hungry and even asked where the waiter was. The food and drinks were not good at all. Drinks taste like syrupy juice flavored water. They turned off the lights at one point, in which we did t know if the power went out or not all to sing to a table??why did the rest of the restaurant need to be in the dark for that? Music was so so loud all urban music. It’s just ridiculous how this establishment has gone down over the years. I will NEVER BE BACK. I was so embarrassed to have suggested this place, as it was my first time st this location. I had a much better experience in NY last summer. Oh yes, food was on the floor under our table. Floors were slippery from spilled drinks and food. I mean you name it.. just horrible all the way around.
***PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IR MONEY YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY REGRET IT!!***

I have been trying to get in touch with somebody that actually knows how to do their job for the last three days. The weather was horrible that we had forgot. Everything never asked us what we wanted to drink and on top of that not only charge me once by charged me twice and then when I called I was told by people that work there that he cancel that one payment and they put a whole new payment in then when I supposedly speak to a manager I was told oh that’s not true that’s hearsay and my bank is the one that did two payments and I still have yet to hear from anyone back. It’s insane how nobody can do their job and they have employees that are trying to screw people out of money.

Atlanta, Ga location- Horrible service from staff and worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my 50 years of life.
    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY‼️

  • Jamie says:

I was supposed to have my daughters sweet 16 dinner party at the Philadelphia location on October 15th, called to reconfirm because i hadn’t heard from anyone and the call was rerouted to Cherry Hill at which time I found out the location has closed for “renovations”. No phone call, no followup nothing. If I didnt call to reconfirm final details I would never have known. This is completely unacceptable to not let people with reservations know that the restaurant was closed. Customer Service is just awful!!!

  • Rodney S. says:

All I want is my duck. My wife and I celebrated at many restaurants in the Indianapolis Indiana are for our very first wedding anniversary. The main highlight for me was visiting the Sugar Factory location there and bringing home a duck for our five month old daughter. It’s more of the symbolic and memorable jester for my daughter to know for our first anniversary we didn’t forget about her and she was on our minds. I ordered the slider platter just to be able to obtain one for her only to be told after our meal that they didn’t have any. That crushed me. I’m not going to make any complaints about that establishment, in which I could, but that’s neither here nor there. I would love for someone, anyone to please send me a duck so I can give it to my daughter and tell her once she’s older what her mother and I did on our first anniversary and what we brought her back. Thanks in advance to whomever responds back to me.

Worst experience ever at the sugar factory in dallas texas 9-4-22

  • Mona A. says:

Had dinner at sugar factory at hardrock in Tampa. I had salad with shrimp and milk shake , my guest had sandwich, coke and milk shake. Our bill was $86 which was fine but when it was time to pay the bill and my friend gave her hardrock card with $103 on it to pay the bill we were told since we were using comp money each dollar of the bill was actually $2 and we still owed $29. I could not believe it. The waitress never said anything about it when we ordered and they showed us a small sign when you entered which was sitting on candy boxes knee level.
All other restaurants at hardrock accept card money dollar for dollar and felt we should have been told by waitress when we sat down not at end of dinner.
The food was good, we had to ask for our milk shakes 3 times.

  • Eileen says:

  • C Bond says:

Trying for the last two days to make a reservation at the Dover Downs Sugar Factory. Unfortunately cannot make a reservation on line for a party larger than 6 so I am forced to call. Well I guess they’re closed because they do not and I repeat do not answer the phone during business hours.

  • Tatyana says:

I visited the broadway location for my daughters 6th birthday. Service was terrible. I noticed my server was taking shots of alcohol with coworker who looked like a manager. The manager also had a ice cold beverage beside him that looked as if he were drinking beer. I asked my server for a birthday sparkler , she gave us our bill without singing happy birthday I had to remind her. Food was ok, drinks were way to strong.

  • Michele says:

They racial profiling is out of hand on my twins birthday recently I was racial profiled and treated so wrong

    • Eileen says:

I didn’t want to go there, but i felt same way at Philadelphia location. My money was good enough though.
