Please stop the automated emails from many of your franchises…I’ve probably gotten 20 different emails within 24 hours about flex subscriptions from locations well beyond my south Florida area.
Worse experience! I fell sick wasn’t able to use the service. They took over 1k, and wouldn’t give me any refund even tho I’m not able to use the service at all. Paul the manager wouldn’t put me in touch with his superior to seek further assistance. He also told me to send a doctor’s excuse as tho I’m a child but still saying it’s nothing he can so. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I was just informed, by the local Stretch Zone, that, proof needs to be provided of my breast cancer diagnosis. I never signed a contract, I never paid any money, my sessions were to start mid January and as a courtesy, I called and cancelled. Rather than expressing concern or sympathy or regret, today I was contacted because they want proof of the diagnosis. Actually I will rephrase that to “Corporate wants proof”. I find this deeply offensive, and if an email address were available for Tony Zaccario I would write directly. I am dumbfounded that a man from Stretch Zone made the call and corporate assumed women lie about breast cancer.
I am trying to cancel my membership. I’ve sent a certified letter and called and emailed many times and no one has called me back. I will have my bank put a stop payment for all future charges. This is ridiculous.

Dear Stretch Zone- I tried to cancel my membership but no one would answer the phone and I was charged for4 sessions that should have been canceled. Is there someone I can speak with? I sent an email to the Manhasset manager to cancel. Never heard back.
