As a former straight talk customer, the service is horrible. I obtained a final judgment against them which they are trying to evade

    • Dennis Abbe says:

I paid them 38.94 to put phone time on a friend’s phone! The phone was out of use for awhile and when they tried to do it the phone ended up being defective! I don’t have straight talk and I gave them the ime number they found that & then wanted a pin number which she don’t remember and I don’t know because it wasn’t my phone ! They refuse to give my money back when it wasn’t even used for any because defective phone was defective! I want my money back

  • Juanita Hamilton says:

My name is Juanita I have been a Straight Talk customer for years I have put cards and on a whole where I can go back and just add that car to my phone to my phone will not be shut off the last time I went to do that my phone was shut off they said I had no card in reserve with that card had been in there for several months they took my phone service my phone card and they shut my phone off I was hung up on I was told I never had a card in reserve and it’s just getting ridiculous I like my Straight Talk service but this little thing that they did with it when they took my phone my phone service was disconnected I was very disappointed and Straight Talk which I always gave the highest of compliments I was hung up on I was talking nasty too and I still didn’t get the card that I had in reserved they told me that I never had it then a guy told me something to help me out they sent me to a free government phone service which was SafeLink and told me that was just an suggestion that they could give me to make up for them taking my phone card that was in reserve I’m very disappointed in Straight Talk and I still want my card that I had and reserved that I paid for I’ve called the corporate office they keep sending me back to add in the service card and there’s no one to talk to

  • Ike Quinton says:

I am very dissatisfied in Straight talk, they messed up porting my business phone number & have been plagued with trying to fix it for 7 days now. I have lost countless interactions with my customers & I have also found the complaint with the better Business bureau as well as consumer affairs. I also have reached out to their executive resolution department as well as corporate management and nobody has been able to fix my problems! If you have an issue with this company in the beginning get a refund immediately

  • Brandon Farrell says:

I am a customer of straight talk have been for some time .well recently they have updated there phone system . And when I went to refill my phone plan they told me that my phone was not compatible. But they could send me a free phone. It was supposed to be here in 2 business days . That was four days ago . So I called back and customer service tells me that unfortunately they would not send me my new phone until I sent my old one back . They refuse to connect me with management or corporate office . I’ve spent lots of money with this company over the years and they treat me like trash . I bought the phone that no longer works because they have upgraded. How is this fair to me at all it’s bad business I would suggest anyone that is considering using this provider think twice before doing so now I’m stuck with a 60 dollar phone card and a non comparable phone. Through the holiday season. Real classy company.

  • Joe says:

I stopped for gas at your Wentzville location on Saturday January 26, 2019. I pulled into the spot left of the pump. My tank fill cap is on the left side of my vehicle. I stretched the hose across the back side of my vehicle and began filling my vehicle. The attendant, Mr. Wallace (as I recall), instructed me on the proper way to hold the nozzle. I thanked him and turned my back. He again opined that being on the “wrong side” I must follow his specific instructions. Again I thanked him for his concern, pointed to the nozzle filling the tank with no problems and turned my back to ignore his continued bullying. He then confronted me by getting in my face and threatened me using very foul language to emphasize his point. By this time my tank was near full so I just pulled the nozzle out of my tank, took my receipt and left. On this recent trip I used your facilities in Kansas City, Wentzville, Murfreesboro, Ocala, Valdosta and Orlando meeting friendly attendants at every location but Wentzville. Your attendant in Wentzville should be required to take anger management classes before resuming any further duties where he comes into contact with the outside world. He could use some help from a grammarian as well to identify a better choice of words
