    I got some cool Grey’s 11 2021 from your website got them Saturday in farther inspection there are some numbers in side the shoe. So I went to my friends house to see if his shoe has numbers to unfortunately they don’t.

    I just had my first and last experience with StockX. I purchased a pair of ‘authenticated’ sneakers as a gift. Upon receipt it was clear they were not going to fit the person I had purchased them for. I didn’t even fully unbox the sneakers! I opted to sell them on StockX to recoup (some) of my loss but THEN was informed by StockX that they could not be sold because they were ‘deadstock’. These are the very same sneakers that ‘passed authentication’ and were sold to me and I didn’t even take them out of the box!!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR AUTHENTICATION PROCESS. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes – unfair and fraudulent business practice. Their customer service group, although quite polite, informed me that they could not verify the original purchase because they were sent without the tag. Again, NOT TRUE. I sent ‘proof’ to them and waited a few days for them to ‘research’ the sale. The result of that research was that they had no way to prove the sneakers were properly inspected upon their sale – and felt zero responsibility to own their mistake, simply repeating their standard and deceitful talking points. The best companies to award business to are the ones that make it easy to do business, focus on the customer experience and have integrity – this is not one of those companies. Spend your $$$ elsewhere.

    StockX says they received empty box from me.I explained that was impossible they ask me to provide my proof of weight at time of drop off that’s on the tracking receipt.I did that now a month later I can’t get a response since I provided proof.i was told that they were opening a claim but I haven’t heard from them since.they won’t respond to emails any longer they are a scam and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed against them!

    This company sucks and their authenticator does a horrible job. I bought a sneaker and took off their tag because upon my first inspection, my sneakers looked good. Unfortunately, after I took off the tag and put the shoe on my feet, i notice that the shoes stitching was off. Now I am being penalized because the people that they hire can not do their job.
