Can’t find a way to contact whoever in charge but I have been involved in a lawsuit against station casinos for quite some time now and I have won decision on 2 different occasions and their attorney has tried to put it off again and the amount is substantially less than what station casinos are having to put up just to be difficult and until now I have been kind and quiet but now I have an appointment with the bar association coming up soon as well as an interview with 2 different news associations and I would rather not give station casinos a bad report with locals because they are my favorite hangout

  • Mary Tiemann says:

We go to Red Rock casino on average 5-6 times a week. We always take our 4 lb. Teacup yorkie with us. Today after playing over an hour, we were told we would have to leave because of our dog. He has been coming for over 6 months. Why should my puppy be penalized for another dog. The staff all love him and call him by name. We were watched over like criminals by security. You have lost a dedicated player unless this changes.

  • Gregory smith says:

What are your plans with Fiesta Henderson?

  • Cmore says:

I now see you’re not giving change when cashing out tickets but printing the change amounts on another ticket. Also seeing a lot of the small change printed tickets being left on machines and other places. Why not have a donation box at each of the exits where these small amounts can be placed in a box and then donated to a local charity. These small penny amounts will rapidly add up to help benefit local food banks or shelters.

  • Bruce Decker says:

We were customers at sunset station on April 1st and 2nd for a baseball tournament. Upon check in our room was clean and tidy other than the bathroom where the previous occupants dirty towels were left in the bathroom and we had no clean towels at all. Fresh towels were delivered promptly and dirty towels removed. Frustrating but not end of the world because people aren’t perfect but the following day as we left hotel for baseball games we specifically left do not disturb tag on door handle because we did not want room serviced because of valuables being left in room such as Ipad, laptop, purse and jewelry. Upon returning that evening I was shocked to see the tag removed from the door and our room cleaned and all our valuables moved from where we left them. I went straight to the front desk and filed a complaint where I was given a 25 dollar refund on a 500 dollar stay. Talk about a complete slap in the face. I will be hard pressed for me to ever take my family back to the sunset station based on that very unprofessional experience. So sad!!!!

  • Juanita Muscolo says:

I would like to communicate my displeasure with your use of Susan Sarandon as your voiceover for your commercials. Her recent comments regarding the police presence at the funeral for the fallen officer in New York are absolutely disgusting. Please consider removing her. We are big fans of your casinos and are hopeful you will do the right thing.

  • SinCityJerseyGirl says:

Such a major disappointment that stations has not only changed their Cafe to Brass Fork but worse they don’t offer the Loco Moco. Such a bummer!

  • Leo Ferreria says:

  • Rebecca Jackson says:

Since March I have been trying to plan my 50th Birthday at Wildfire Lanes. My plan was to buy out the lanes for 3 hours with catering, liquor and music.

Jason who was originally helping never hot back to me and never got me any information about the catering.

I called recently to talk to him only to find out he is no longer with the company, never reserved the date or passed on my information to Krisa who is now the manager.

After setting up an appointment with her and requesting an email with catering packages, she also never responded. I waited till the Tuesday, August 10th and finally called back. I talked with Dominic only to be given more excuses about going thru more changes with cater packages. FYI, this has been the excuse for months from Jason and now Dominic.
I told Dominic to let Krisa know I am canceling my appointment and would like the email with catering prior to my scheduling another appointment.

Low and behold, guess who calls me yesterday to ask why I missed our meeting, “Krisa”. I explained that I talked with Dominic and her was supposed to inform that I was no longer going to make that meeting.

She stated that he did not let her know.
At this point I just explained that the lack of communication between them and me is just Unacceptable and I will no longer be planning my function at your facility.

I then ended the call and called back asking to speak to the GM which was, get this, DOMINIC, who I let know what had just happened.

He threw her under the bus and kept stating “Yes, I did inform her”

Honestly, in 2016 we had our daughters Sweet 16 there and had the most amazing experience with staff.

Your current staff is quite honestly AWEFUL.

I will never be planning event with you again

  • Kathy Dragisic says:

Shame on Station Casinos for charging for fireworks now! Your loyal customers kept you from closing down during the pandemic. You owe them something! We’re done with SS 😡

  • Angela Rogers says:

I’ve left several messages since May to avail of my comp nights for June and July at Red Rock, casino services does not return calls!

What does it take to get a call back, which their voicemail says they’ll do within 48 hours!

  • Sue Yemenidjian says:

I agreed your going to lose your business if you don’t open the buffets. This is what Vegas is all about gambling, entertainment and buffets. This is what brings the people in.
If it wasn’t for the local loyal people you wouldn’t be here we support you all these years.
Stop telling other casino to follow you suit, because you know your going to lose even more and faster.
Sell Fiesta Henderson at a reasonable price and allow buffets!
So, stop being so self center and GREEDY if it wasn’t for us you would not exist!

I will never go back to any of your casino!

  • Fred Tarantino says:

After hearing you CEO that you weren’t opening your buffets only Areas of profit such as slots etc. My family and friends are no longer patronizing your casinos. We wouldn’t mine spending hours paying slots after a good buffet. Even as slot playing cost us couple hundred dollars so much no longer. All Vegas forms and blogs. Show same feeling among locals .
    Good luck.

  • Donald Dennis says:

about 6 weeks ago I had the parking arm in VIP parking scratch my truck. I have filled report.. talk with security and called corp several times. I have not recieve any reply.

  • Milt Takara says:

False advertising Wild Wild West. Gas promotion for 2,000 points you receive a $20.00 gas credit. I earned over 3,000 points and was told the promotion is not on. It is on the front of the Wild Wild West and I took a picture of it on 6.14.2020. Please rectify this situation.

  • Scott Porter says:

    Hello
It would be nice to hear from someone from Sunset station about my employment status. I have heard rumors from fellow team members but nothing from the company. I know I am or was just an on call team member but I think I deserve tha same consideration as all team members.
It says a lot about the integrity of Station Casinos.

  • L. M. Russell says:

The “points” accumulation function at Sunset Station has been horrendous the last two days. Accumulated points have been miscalculated, absent, and generally just a mess. I am hoping that you can get it all fixed very soon. Thank you.

  • Bart Pestrichello says:

To : Lisa the GM at Sunset
Lisa the bar staff a Sonoma are GREAT. It is a GREAT bar atmosphere. Why don’t you adopt the a similar happy hour as is done at Hanks. Your cannot get a seat and if a seat becomes available the bartender quickly put a “reserved” sign on it. This would make the restaurant come alive.
Also – Please talk with Michael (swing bartender) at the bar outside Sonoma, the new TV set up is not good. It limits the number of football games that can be view on a weekend.
These are only suggestions, my wife and I love to come to SS.

  • Cheryl Kaylor says:

    To whom it may concern:
We are not big players, however we have been playing & going to Santa Fe, Texas, Fiesta, Palms, Red Rock since they have all opened. Even though we don’t spend a lot on gaming we do try to support the stations for meals & guest coming to town. Recently books were sent out for Summer offers. All neighbors got one & even one who said he has never gone to anyone of them except with us to eat.
We did not receive a book & we are thinking stations no longer cares for the support & just trying to get new customers. So sorry this has happened. We have lived in the community for over 25 years. My players card # 4091989. Sincerely
    Cheryl Kaylor
