Having subscribed for over 50 years, i am so frustrated with customer service. I pay for home delivery which means the paper is either at my front door or next to the garage door – not at the curb. We have a 40 foot downslope driveway – which in the winter is icy or plow row filled at the end. Dangerous for most, but too much for people near 80. I have called weekly about this new delivery person. Nothing has inproved. I told the representative yesterday he has 2 more chances to get the paper up to the house. He missed today and i dont know if he is weekend guy, but if the paper is not near my house, i will be canceling our subscription of over 50 years on monday afternoon.
The previous delivery person always managed to get it right. This new guy also has permission to go on our driveway to throw the paper where it needs to be.
