About History and Headquarters Information
I purchase a Pair of shoot around Fear of God , through Farfetch at $570. on 10,21,22 so once the sneaker was delivered .
I put the sneaker in plastic storage containers in my closet with all the purchase content . After 2 or 3 weeks I went to put on the left sneaker when trying to zip up the sneaker the zipper went half way up and open and would not move. Manufacture Defect
So I contact Farfetch who ask me question and also requested pictures of the sneakers to show the sneaker was never used or worn.
farfetch was very helpful as I upload pictures of both sneakers on November 17th
the next day I received email from Farfetch explaining that Stadium Goods Director of Consignment Operation Raymond Cruz. Stated:
After carefully assessing the item, we hereby declare that the problem that the Customer identified is not quality issue.
The cause for the item’s condition is related to wear and tear and /misuse and for this reason we’ll not be able to offer repair /refund
I’ve Try calling Stadium Goods, several times and was told that I would need to speak with farfetch being I purchase the sneaker on their website .
Farfetch has offered to give me 10% of the cost to seek repairs.
I would like to bring the Sneakers to Stadium Goods Corp office of the store on Cancel street for personal inspection of the sneaker.
I never used or worn the Shoot around Fear or God Sneakers.
I believe this is very poor treatment to consumers
I’ve Also contact Nike regarding this product , I was informed that the sneaker has a 2 years warranty from the manufacture date on the tag inside the sneaker 11/13/2018
so theses sneaker no longer has an warranty 11/13/2000 expired
But these sneaker has been in stock at Stadium Goods for several years?
I hope with this letter that Stadium Goods , will do what is fair and right . #stadiumgoods #farfetch #comsumeraffairs
Respectfully ,
Kevin Arnold
