Twice lately in Augusta I have tried to use my Saver card but I could only get regular price. The card was working, pump accepted it, but only the regular (undiscounted) price was showing. I mentioned this to employees at both locations. One said to call your office. Other one said “well Super Saver is not working right now.”
SO: other than the lack of awareness or concern by your staff, I’m frustrated that y’all didn’t (1) put up some kind of notices that you were having issues or (2) change your big signs promising lower prices or (3) both. I’m sure I’m not the only customer ticked off by this. Like me, they are now going elsewhere.
