Who is the corporate person that dealerships report to ? I want to complain about my purchase of a used car and what was promised to me in writing
Purchased a 2021 Honda Passport with 1 key fob with the written “WE OWE YOU” an additional fob. As of 2 weeks ago a still no fob ? I have tried to get the fob with no results. I called the parts department at Cleveland Honda and they told me that they could get my key fob the next business day. So what is going on with this dealership?
Also. I paid for my wheels to be refinished and when I picked up the car the wheels did not match. The one wheel did not have the high gloss look as did the other 3 wheel. When I asked to have it corrected the dealership said they would schedule a return visit. When I called back a week later I was told there was nothing could be done
I paid for this service and I am not satisfied which the workmanship and I expected better customer service
