  • Don Messler says:

I bought a pair of Billfish a few months back and loved the shoe. Several weeks ago a sale showed a 2 for $_____ sale in which I bought two Sea Cycled Authentic shoes. They arrived and I did a quick slip on just for fit check with out lacing and the fit felt right. Last week I actually went to wear a pair and once on the foot and laced I started walking on the floor and realized that I couldn’t wear these more than a few minutes. The top of the heel is way lower on my heel then the Billfish. Just 2-3 minutes of walking indoor I felt a blister starting up. I measured the heel cups of all shoes and i found the Billfish (a GREAT fitting shoe at 2-3/8″ deep from top to insole. I measured the Sea Cycled and they are 1-7/8″ deep thus making them 1/2″ shorter and hitting the heel bone which would cause blistering.
I’ve contacted Sperry twice with emails to customer service to no avail. They have NOT responded to this and i still get at least 2-3 advertisement emails daily from them. This to me is poor customer service.

  • John E. says:

I’m getting emails from Sperry with advertising to buy shoes. “All” of the shoes Sperry it listing are not in my size, which is 12. Matter of fact one style had one size available out of 10 sizes. What’s with that?

  • rolanda WASHINGTON says:

i thought sperry was supposed to be top of the line, so i went out and purchased me a pair for the first time this was the worst pair of boots ever. ok i will give the benefit of doubt the first time i wore the boots in snow my feet got wet like really, it will be really nice if i could receive a new pair that is not flawed

  • Jim Bushofsky says:

I would like to get ahold of President.,I really loved your Sperry Sayel wash away shoe. I have looked all over to purchased a few pairs. If you know where to get them from please let me know.
Please read your reviews on all websites. It seems like a lot of other people loved them too.
    Please bring them back if
    they are discontinued!!
    Thank you

How can I get in touch with your President of Sperry Main Office? I would like to complain about Sperry here in Manila Philippines.

    Await your reply.

    Thank you

  • Bernie Court says:

I want to purchase a couple of pairs of Sperry canvas shoes but don’t find anything in a wide width. I wear a 9EE. Also I like the solid colors without the salt water washed appearance.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • judyleitner204@gmail.com says:

I have been wearing Sperry shoes for years. Every time I visit one of your stores I am asked for my email address and name. I am told that I will receive coupons to purchase more shoes. This has never happened. Why?

  • David B. Grantham says:

The last 3 pairs of Sperry Topsiders that I have purchased have all come unglued at the sole. Has anyone else had this experience? It happened in Cabo San Lucas once again the end of October during the middle of a marlin charter. I certainly will not buy any more and would like to warn others of this.

  • Ron B Smith says:

W,hy did you stop making the original ” TIE ” boat shoe. I don’t want elastic. I want teh shoe I’ve worn for 40 years
