Hello! I’ve been trying to receive a replacement money for about now, I received half of it but not the other half! I’m frustrated with the entire company!!! I’m getting the run around! I pray I receive the other half of the two money orders, which I purchased October 31, 2022. I have proof I purchased them on the same day! IT’S TRULY A PITIFUL, SAD, DISGUSTING, AND DISRESPECTFUL way of CUSTOMER SERVICE in being in the field!!! I BOUGHT THE MONEY ORDERS AND I WANT MY REFUND! My next step is to call CONTACT 13 here in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA!!! Once I’m compensated I will NO longer do business with RAPID CASH AGAIN! Nor will I refer anyone to do business at anyone of there locations!!!
I paid my loan off and have bank statements to prove the biweekly debits. Yet I was referred to collections and now no one wants to deal with me. This came up on an employment background check and now I may not get the position until this is remedied. Disgraceful what you do to people and take no accountability,
William Wilson I was in rapid cash on nellis and boulder high way.to cash a check they contacted voya invistment I was there to give rapid cash the authority to speak with them because I was the account holder and voya said yes the check is good then a few miny after the manager said it did not go there the verification system I don’t under stay why it wouldn’t if they were told the check was is good they gave me no explanation can some one get back with me please thank you my number 725 599-6297

this past march 16, 2021 was my birthday. Dear Sir: I had an account with speedy cash which I paid off ahead of time. When I went to use my line of credit I was told that I needed to send in my bank account statement because somehow a number was missing. I did all of that and now when I call I am told that I need to change banks in order to be able to get my line of credit.All of this because they are saying that the bank account is not valid. I am at a lost and it makes me feel as though when you pay off a loan ahead of time that this a punishment. At the time that I need the line of credit the most I am being given the run around. I HAVE A LOAN APPROVAL # ifl143n0 FROM THIS COMPANY. tHEY HAVE KEPT ME ON THE PHONE FR 3 DAYS, DEPOSITING MONEY AND HAVING ME RETURN IT ON A GOOGLE PLAY CARD. THEY HAVE ACCESSED MY BANK ACCOUNT CHASE BANK SO MANY TIMES THAT CHASE HAS CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS. THE TEXT EMAILS AND THEIR PHONE 727-935-3923 SHOWS AS SPEEDY CASH. I HAVE TALKED WITH JAMES BROWN, AND RYAN TAYLOR AND THEY FIRST NEEDED $25.00 TO GET STARTED, BUT I HAD TO GO TO WALMART AND THEY WANTED ME TO GET A PREPAID “STEAM” CREDIT CARD , SO I DID. tHEN THEY KEPT PROMISING THE LOAN AND FINALLY DEPOSITED $480.00 INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND I HAD TO GO TO WALMART ONCE AGAIN TO GET A PREPAID CARD FOR $440.00 TO SEND THE MONEY BACK TO THEM. THEN THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WERE CLEANING UP MY CREDIT AND WOULD DEPOSIT THE $5000. INTO MY ACCOUNT BY LATE AFTERNOON. RYAN TAYLOR TOLD ME THAT HE HAD MY CREDIT SCORE UP TO 682, BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE, IT HASN’T HAPPENED YET. AS OF THIS HOUR, I AM NOW TOLD THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE LOAN THAT THEY ALREADY TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED FOR. THIS HAS BEEN 3 DAYS OF TORMENT, RUNNING AROUND, HOPING, WAITING FOR THE LOAN.
