Where is Speedco Corporate office Headquarters

Store #743 Bridgeport MI. Replaced an airtank on our unit. Did not double check their work. Utility Trailer found that every fitting was leaking 3 days later. When I called to speak with the store manager, Brian, he was rude, dismissive and defensive. He spoke over me and did not take any responsibility. Utility sent pictures of the leaks, using soapy water and confirmed that the airtank was not installed properly, Over the last 3 years Speedco has went down hill immensely. We have had multiple issues with repairs over the last few years. This has been one of the more severe more so because your store manager doesn’t have any customer service skills and should not be in the position to represent your company. Wholly disappointed, we will not be using Love’s or Speedco in the future for repairs.

I had pulled up in front of the office to inquire about an ete on a trailer lube, a tech named David Sellers approached me with attitude, demanding I move my truck, I responded by telling him I’d move in 2 minutes once I got an answer from the guy running counter. He began to get exceedingly mouthy and rude so I spoke to his manager Dan who played it off as no big deal, as if their rudeness is normal.
Speedco has really gone down hill, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. F*CK Speedco and their a*shole employees!

Store # 841 said it would be a 30 min wait. Had to pm 1 truck in front of me. 2 3/4 hrs later they keep saying it will be just a few more mins. The truck they did a pm on has been out 30 mins. This place is a joke.

Im trying to get oil change at speedco gary in. Hours say from 0600 to 2400 arrived at 0630 and at 0730 still waiting for shop to start work. People are here just walking around doing nothing i have a job to do also and this service sucks

Finally!After stopping across Florida at Destin Location,nobody came to front desk at all,couldnt find anyone to help customers,we moved on!Use to Speedco was proffesional and nice stops! We finally stopped at Gulfport Ms on the way back,and BOOM!Proffesional guys at front desk!Joe&Adam were on the phones with road calls,waiting on customers like us who walked in,and running this store as should be!This is a top notch location,and IAN was the guy who i must say,did a great job lubing our truck! He knew what he was doing! Im a diesel mechanic/ owner op,and i checked behind him! Perfect!Maybe you all need to send the Florida employees for training,stop after stop,no service or 2 hrs wait,always an excuse.Thanks!

Called to see if the speedco in Jackson ga could perform a DLB was told they could drove 20 miles to shop Manager David through it was funny no one could do it said he would call tech support that was a BS move left and didn’t come back i let him know in a nice way I don’t think he was funny my co said to always go to loves and speedco because they have a national account with your company this is BS

Thank you Loves for taking a simple and useful service of getting an oil change done at Speedco in a reasonable time into just another sh*t show truckstop shop experience. Only Loves could ruin a good concept!

Arrived at Speedco in Hampshire Illinois at 10:30am for an oil change. Checked in at the service desk with requested information. Tech said it would be 1-2 hours before they could get to the oil change. As of 6:00pm still no oil change.

Tech (Ulysses) was a chicken sh*t a*s and would not get or give the managers name. Walked into the back of the shop to hide.

Finally tracked the manager down in the store and Per Speedco manager Patrick Bowen there is nothing that he can do! He laughed in my face and said there was no way they had not gotten to that oil change! He doesn’t even know what’s going on in the very shop he’s responsible for!

I have pictures of no trucks being in the shop for three hours. Mean while there was several employees standing around staying that they couldn’t do anything till they were instructed by the manager.

Looks like another well run operation at Speedco! It’s amazing they accomplish anything under that guidance and leadership.

Been try to get a hold of customer service few few days now to get reimbursed for a truck wash can’t get a hold of anyone. Called headquarters 4043621224 I was told to call 8006556837 after telling him I did for few days he told me keep calling and hang up on me. Joke or a company no respect for customers at all. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Speedco in Jackson MS is a sorry excuse to get a tire changed. One bay for tire changes and no one changing tires….4 techs standing outside talking while 3 trucks are waiting to have tires repaired.

It is sad that a driver has to spend hours waiting for a pm service. While what employees are here are standing around doing nothing. This will be my last time to use SpeedCo. I will start using TA for all my truck needs.

Here in Effingham, IL slowest place ever, been sitting houre and 50 min and now they tell me their lines Frost so they can’t do an oil change

I live in Garner, NC. I have use your Speedco in Kenly, NC since 2002. Always good service and no complaints.

I plan to stop by tomorrow to give your guys something I hauled last week that cleans up oil best I ever seen. The company gave me some so I’m going to give it to your crew.

20 years there has been different employees at this location but I have always received top notched service at this location.

Had a Great experience with SpeedCo in Walcott on Oct 1, 2021. As with a lot things these days they were busy and doing what they could with the help they had. Very nice, prompt, helpful. I was have engine issues and needed an oil change which they went above and beyond with to get me going. Thank you

Speedco perrysburg Ohio got to be the worst in the state slowest place I’ve ever been 3 lube bays sat for 2 hrs no one even came out takes 1 1/2 to do an oil change

Ripon, Ca Terrible store manager(Mike Delgado) at this location. Does not treat employees correctly nor does the store manager Mike wear a face covering. My fiancé worked at this location for over a year and when Mike the new store manager came to this location he made life hell for the associates here. When my fiancé put his 2 weeks in the store manager basically made work life even worst. Mike the manager gave my fiancé a prepaid card with his last check on it, did not give a choice of direct deposit. Also refused to give a pay stub for his last check, as well as did not provide the correct phone number to receive a last pay stub. When my fiancé and I went to the store Mike was there refused to give information, then when I went to ask a couple of questions as well as the policy Mike began to yell at me. Mike explained that it was a legal matter and he could only speak with my fiancé, so I asked questions for my fiancé to ask the store manager Mike but he still had no answers and refused to answer the questions. Not sure if this is lack of training or just incompetence but Mike surely showed both today. On top of all of this he asked me to never come back to the store or ask any questions. Never will I ever recommend someone to this location as long as this manager Mike works here there is no reason for someone so hostile to work in a position like this.

Man Dallas was the worst got dam oil change i ever had this place suck a piece of shit i been here for 3 hours

Been sitting at the speedco in Kenly NC for 3 days. Came in to get our AC fixed on our semi. The only mechanic on duty was a guy named Wayne. He did appear to know what he was doing. He tore our truck apart clocked off at 8 pm and said he would be back at 8 am. Of which 2 days later he did not come back into work, have been told by his co workers he dose this all the time. He turned off his cell and would not answer any calls to come in. We are out 3 days work 3 days in a hotel and still not sure if our ac will ever work,as they had to find someone’s to cone in and try to figure out another mans mess. Someone at Speedco Corporate better take responsibility for this disasters before I blow it up on social media as it appears no one seams to have any shame in what they have done to us.
